AUDREY EPLEY, a resident of Green Forest, was born Feb. 24, 1923, in Oasis, Mo., a daughter of Charlie and Ethel (O Neal) Anderson. She died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2007, at the age of 84.

She is survived by one son, Gerald Epley of Green Forest; one daughter, Helen Snow of Berryvilles; six sisters, Mildred Brawley of Cathamlet, Wash., Charlene Keller of Yarba Linda, Calif., Ilene Bowen of Centerton, Ark., Elvada Boxwell, Eunice Asbury, and Carmaletta Humbard, all of Green Forest; four grandchildren, Andrea Snyder, Paula Parton, Johnny Snow and Devan Hill; six great-grandchildren, Kason Snyder, Natosha Phillips, Weston Parton, Kaylin Snow, Hunter Hill, and Hailey Hill; and several other nieces and nephews.

On Aug. 27, 1940, Audrey was united in marriage with Myrl Epley, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded by her parents; one daughter, Norma Jean Epley; two brothers, Lex and Lev Anderson; and one sister, Snowdie Boyd.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, at the Nelson s Green Forest Chapel in Green Forest, with Brother Kenny Asbury and Pastor Todd Rogers officiating.
