SANDRA KAY SEWELL, 64, a resident of Springdale, died July 11, 2007, at Westwood Health and Rehab in Springdale. She was born Nov. 15, 1942, a daughter of Herbert Lloyd and Hazel Marie Pinkley Subastian.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Sewell, her father, and a sister, Suzanne Subastian.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Springdale. She worked for Tyson Foods and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her mother, Hazel Marie Pinkley Subastian of Springdale; one son, James Mark Sewell of Springdale; one daughter, Deborah Ann Sewell of Gainesville, Fla.; and one granddaughter, Madalyn Sewell.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 13, 2007, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Joe Dorman officiating. Burial was in the Bluff Cemetery.

Arrangements were under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
