HELEN STANDLEE WHITE, of Berryville, was born on Feb. 3, 1917, a daughter of Thomas Matthew and Letha Francer (Biggerstaff) Standlee.

She died on Thursday, June 21, 2007, in Berryville, at the age of 90. Ms. White was a member of the Grandview Baptist Church since she was 13 years old.

Helen is survived by one daughter, Charolette Sharp of Berryville; two granddaughters, Teffany Scarrow and husband Don of Berryville, and Melissa Gustin and husband Lee of Farmington; one great-granddaughter, Misha Scarrow of Berryville; three great-grandsons, Jayden Scarrow of Berryville, and Tanner and Dylan Gustin of Farmington; and a host of nieces and nephews.

On April 5, 1947, Helen was united in marriage with Robert William White, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son-in-law, Carl Sharp; and one great-granddaughter, Kesha Dawn Scarrow.

Funeral services were to be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 25, 2007, at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Brother Leon Hodge and Brother Wayne Writer officiating.
