11:10 a.m. - Investigated a public works vehicle involved in a minor traffic accident at Shelton and U.S. Hwy. 62. Report taken.
2:45 p.m. - Parking citation issued to a vehicle parked in two spots on Spring Street and reportedly has not moved in two weeks.
10:18 p.m. - Two homeless persons were found sleeping behind the laundromat next to Harts Family Center, result in one arrest warrant.
10:42 p.m. - Called to a family disturbance on Pine Street where yelling and cursing were reported. Report taken.
11:05 p.m. - Officer transported suspect from Benton County Jail for Eureka Springs Police Department warrant.
2:52 a.m. - Report of a suspicious person at U.S. Hwy. 62 motel. Suspect told to move on.
1:32 a.m. - Homeless person camped out behind Harts was instructed to be gone by morning.
8:54 a.m. - Suspicious person report said person was sleeping in van in parking log of U.S. 62 motel.
9:58 a.m. - Guests at U.S. 62 motel said they were unable to find anyone at the front desk and were concerned for their welfare. Manager arrived shortly after officer and all was reported well.
10:23 a.m. - Benton Street woman reported her son had left for Kansas the day before and had not been heard from since. Officer took information.
5:36 p.m. - Investigated a two-car accident on U.S. 62 at Dollar General. No injuries.
11:05 p.m. -Investigated a physical disturbance between a male and female. Offense report taken.
11:21 p.m. - Assisted EMS with unknown medical emergency on Benton Street.
12:20 a.m. - Disturbance reported near U.S. Hwy. 62 restaurant. Subjects gone on arrival.
1:08 a.m. - Disturbance reported at U.S. Hwy. 62 apartments. Subjects gone on arrival.
10:23 a.m. - Report of suspicious vehicle at ESNA Railway. Truck had been parked on lot for three days.
3:50 p.m. - A report of criminal mischief was reported on Mill Hollow Road. No report taken at that time.
11:50 p.m. - Suspicious circumstance reported at Hwy. 62 restaurant. Report apparently unfounded.
12:14 a.m. - Report of an intoxicated person at U.S. Hwy. 62 inn. Two suspects arrested after traffic stop.
2:22 a.m. - A report from U.S. Hwy. 62 apartment complex of a disturbance between two females who were fighting in the parking lot.
5:40 a.m. - A routine traffic stop at U.S. Hwy. 62 liquor store led to a warrant and an arrest for possession of a controlled substance.
10:49 a.m. - An attempted break-in and burglary report was received from U.S. Hwy. 62 restaurant.
1:55 p.m. - Owner of hair salon reported harassing communications and said subject had been told not to return to the property.
6:30 p.m. - Officers checked on the welfare of a woman reported to be walking in the area of Community First Bank carrying a baby. She was given a ride to McDonald's by EMS.
7:08 p.m. - An intoxicated person was reported at U.S. Hwy. 62 bar. Subject was arrested for DWI.
9:32 p.m. - A traffic stop at U.S. Hwy. 62 and Ark. Hwy. 23 S. resulted in arrest of suspect wanted on a warrant.
11:35 p.m. - Officers responded to possible disturbance call on Stadium Road. All was found to be okay.
11:59 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances were reported behind upper Spring Street restaurant. No problem was found.
11:03 p.m. - EMS responded to report of female involved in a disturbance at downtown bar. No transport required.
