DAVID RAJNAH DEAL, a resident of Rogers, was born Sept. 20, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pa,, a son of Walter Francis and Bette Ruth (Salmon) Deal. He died Friday, May 18, 2007, in Rogers, at the age of 60.

Mr. Deal was a systems analyst. He was also a musician, having played the piano for more than 40 years, and a Scout Master for a couple of years. He was a veteran, having served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by one brother, Gary Deal, one nephew, Christopher Deal, and one niece, Kaitlynn Deal, all of Brick, N.J., and a close friend, Rev. Denise Schubert of Asheville, N.C.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside memorial services were held Sunday, May 20, 2007, at the Eureka Springs Cemetery in Eureka Springs, with Rev. Denise Schubert officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at nelsonfuneral.com.
