February 27

7:36 a.m.- Incident report taken after caller stated her vehicle had been stolen. Officer determined caller s daughter had taken vehicle and later returned it.

February 28

6:45 p.m.- Officer assistance requested in a felony arrest.

10:01 p.m.- Be on the lookout (BOLO) issued for a subject that had not returned home.

March 1

12:20 a.m.- Incident report taken after caller stated that there was a computer in ditch. Officer retrieved machinery.

12:58 p.m.- Information taken after a car was vandalized at apartment complex.

10:36 p.m.- Incident report taken on a disturbance at residence.

March 2

9:18 a.m.- Caller advised of a yellow Hummer that had crossed the center lane several times on Hwy 62.

10:25 a.m.- Hotel clerk reported that a barking dog was disturbing guests.

11:53 a.m.- Caller advised of a loose Airedale dog on Kansas St.

12:58 p.m.- Incident report taken on theft of property at hotel.

7:40 p.m.- Male subject arrested on multiple warrants from different agencies.

10:01 p.m.- Subject arrested on warrant.

March 3

1:08 p.m.- Subject stole blanket at McDonald s. Item was returned.

5:09 p.m.- Male subject arrested for public intoxication.

March 4

1:39 p.m.- Incident report taken after a purse was stolen from residence.

2:35 p.m.- Caller reported a subject was on apartment complex property against tenant s wishes. Subject left.

There were four non-emergency transfers this week.

February 26

7:49 a.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a female subject that had fallen and needed assistance getting back up. No transport.

5:51 p.m.- I.P. and Squad #1192 responded to a one-vehicle accident. Responding units stated vehicle was from an old accident and had not yet been removed. No transport.

6:29 p.m.- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject having severe chest pain. No transport after patient signed a release form.

February 27

3:33 p.m.- Squad #1192, Unite #1151 responded to a semi-truck accident that involved downed power lines and fuel leak on Hwy. 23 South. Patient taken to ESH.

4:33 p.m.- Squad #1194, Units #1117, #1161, #1151 all responded to a brush fire with threatened structure on CR 1520.

February 28

9:18 a.m.- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a female subject having difficulty breathing. Patient taken to ESH.

March 1

11:42 a.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a report of a utility line down on Hillside Ave. SWEPCO notified.

3:14 p.m.- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a female subject choking on a pill. No transport.

3:21 p.m.- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries. Patient taken to ESH.

3:23 p.m.- H.I. and Squad #1193 responded to a female subject that had fallen and broken her arm. No transport.

March 2

9:56 a.m.- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a female subject with chest pain and nausea. Patient taken to area hospital.

11:43 a.m.- Squad 31194 responded to a female subject with low blood pressure, having a possible cardiac. Patient taken to ESH.

1:27 p.m.- I.P. and Squad #1192 responded to an unknown medical call. Patient taken to ESH.

5:19 p.m.- Squad #1194 responded to an unknown medical call. Patient taken to ESH.

7:02 p.m.- Squad #1192 responded to an unknown medical call at residence. Patient taken to area hospital.

March 3

2:37 p.m.- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject with possible blood clot in leg. Patient taken to St. John s.

10:10 p.m.- I.P. and Squad #1192 responded to a male subject having chest pain. Subject taken by Air Evac to hospital.

March 4

9:09 a.m.- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a male subject with general illness. Patient taken to St. John s.

7:08 p.m.- Squad #1194 put on standby for a possible grass fire, not started by caller, but that he believed could get out of control.

March 5

3:45 a.m.- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a male subject with gallstones. Patient taken to St. John s.
