Jan. 29

1:47 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart parking lot to work a private property traffic accident. There was no damage and no report required.

6:20 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the police department to investigate possible identity theft.

9:10 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the police department to investigate a possible lost or stolen cell phone complaint.

10:12 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a Bobo Street address to assist with a medical emergency.

11:55 p.m. - Police were dispatched to Cingular to investigate a report of broken glass on the rear door.

12:33 a.m. - Police looked for a subject reportedly trying to enter a towing business but none was found.

10:04 a.m. - Police provided a VIN verification.

5:47 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a Smalley Street address to mediate a child and mother dispute.

8 p.m. - Police provided a patrol at an East Freeman Avenue address to check for possible trespassing but no one was there.

9:10 a.m. - Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart to investigate phone call and suspicious activity. Police checked and all was okay.

11:40 a.m. - Police were dispatched to a West Church Street address to work a two-vehicle traffic accident.

11:45 a.m. - Police were dispatched to an East College Street location to take a report regarding a one-vehicle traffic accident.

11:57 a.m. - Police were dispatched to Country Junction to work a one-vehicle traffic accident.

12 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the intersection of Rice and Hammons streets to work a two-vehicle traffic accident.

12:13 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a North Main Street location to work a two-vehicle traffic accident.

12:15 p.m. - Police worked a one-vehicle traffic accident on East College Street that occurred while investigating another.

12:15 p.m. - Police were dispatched to Movie Gallery to work a two-vehicle minor traffic accident. No one was at the scene.

12:55 p.m. - Police were dispatched to Elm Street to work a traffic accident. No report was required.

1:28 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a U.S. Hwy. 62 location for a vehicle off the road. There was minor damage and no report taken.

4:31 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a Miller Street address because of a disturbance and theft complaint. It was part of an ongoing investigation.

5:52 p.m. - Police assisted a sheriff s deputy with a roll-over traffic accident on County Road 603.

6:07 p.m. - Police were dispatched to an East College Avenue location for a vehicle in the ditch. A wrecker was summoned to assist.

Feb. 1

10:20 a.m. - Police were dispatched to Action Motors to take a report on a window broken on a customer s car.

4:41 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a Carroll House apartment to investigate a false cable charges complaint.

6:06 p.m. - Police were dispatched to an area near Wal-Mart to look for a wanted subject. The subject was not found.

7:50 p.m. - Police returned a radio found in Berryville to the Eureka Springs Police Department.

10:57 p.m. - Kids at the skate park were sent home by a patrolling officer.

Feb. 2

6:46 a.m. - Police were dispatched to the Carroll House Apartments to investigate a private property traffic accident complaint. A report was filed.

7:06 a.m. - Police were dispatched to Freeman Switch Road to investigate a report of a vehicle in the roadway. A subject was arrested on a Bentonville warrant.

12:51 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the police department to file a report on a hit and run complaint.

2:38 p.m. - Police provided traffic control and an escort for a funeral.

3:13 p.m. - Police located a vehicle at the Exxon station that was suspected in a Green Forest robbery and arrested two subjects.

8:30 p.m. - Police arrested a subject for driving on a suspended driver s license after making a traffic stop for no vehicle license.

8:29 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the hospital emergency room because of a disorderly person. All was okay.

Feb. 3

12:51 a.m. - A traffic stop for no vehicle license led to the arrest of a subject for driving on a suspended driver s license.

8:45 a.m. - Police were dispatched to Tyson Foods to investigate an unauthorized use of a vehicle complaint. A report was filed.

11:15 a.m. - Police were dispatched to Country Court for a welfare concern. Police checked for the subject, who was not there.

11:45 a.m. - Police were dispatched to a Hanby Street address to provide a welfare check. Police spoke with subjects and determined it was a civil matter that should be referred to an attorney.

9:30 p.m. - Police were dispatched to White Oak because a female had concerns. All was okay.

11:17 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a Country Court address to investigate a report of a juvenile struck by an adult. The investigation is ongoing.

Feb. 4

12:55 a.m. - Police were dispatched to a Country Court address to investigate vandalism to tires. A report was filed.

8:25 a.m. - Police were dispatched to the memorial cemetery to recover a lock box lying by the fence. It was recovered.

9:25 a.m. - Police were dispatched to a Sunrise Motel room to investigate a report of a possible domestic disturbance. All was okay. The unwanted guest departed.

1:58 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a Country Court address to investigate a breaking and entering complaint. A report was filed.
