VERNON COOPER BRIGHT, a resident of Green Forest, was born Oct.15, 1933, in Lincoln, Neb., a son of Finley Metcalf and Queen Henrietta (Weinheime) Bright. He died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006, in Berryville, at the age of 73.

Mr. Bright was a poultry farmer.

On Aug. 15, 1997, he was united in marriage with Patricia (Dailey), who survives him of the home.
