He was born July 29, 1962, in York, Penn., a son of Stevenson and Sue Ann (Jones) Flanigan, who survive him.
He was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. He grew up in Little Rock; was a U.S. Marine, and was owner and operator of Osage Excavating and Land
scaping. Mike enjoyed fishing with his children and friends, riding his motorcycle with friends, landscaping his yard and target practice with Tommy, his nephew.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Flanigan, Jr., and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Jones and Mr. and Mrs. John Flanigan. Survivors include his parents, of Harrison; a son, Connor James Flanigan; a daughter, Micaela Flanigan; sisters and brothers-in-law Terry and Max Wright and Marci and Larry Kirby; and nephew Tommy Wright.
Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 20, at Maplewood Cemetery with Rev. John Darnell officiating. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.christensonfuneralhome.com.
