October 23

11:30 a.m.- Incident report taken after a concrete statue was stolen from Spring St. residence.

11:50 a.m.- Incident report taken on a theft at business.

12 p.m.- Officer requested at motel in reference to subjects that had several people stay in room, but only paid for one person.

1:20 p.m.- Caller requested officer assistance in reference to a large truck having difficulties turning around in parking lot.

4:04 p.m.- Caller wanted to make a trash complaint.

October 24

1:45 a.m.- Caller reported a person on a mini bike riding up and down Kingshiway.

10:30 a.m.- Caller reported vehicles parked in roadway on Planer Hill. Vehicles moved.

3 p.m.- Male subject arrested on warrant.

3:39 p.m.- Incident report taken after subject was arrested concerning a family disturbance.

5:48 p.m.- Officer assisted Arkansas State Police with a one vehicle traffic accident on Hwy. 62 West near Lake Leatherwood.

8:55 p.m.- Officer retrieved found property at liquor store.

9:53 p.m.- Incident report taken after caller stated two men went into his hotel room and took $100.

11:26 p.m.- Incident report taken after a couple walked out of restaurant without paying bill.

October 25

7:21 a.m.- Incident report taken on stolen property.

1:23 p.m.- Accident report taken on a two-vehicle incident.

1:30 p.m.- Incident report taken on terroristic threatening.

5:03 p.m.- Incident report taken after a male subject was arrested for violating a court order.

10:54 p.m.- Caller reported subjects yelling outside of restaurant. Subjects left before officer arrived.

October 26

12:11 a.m.- Caller stated there was someone in her attic. Report deemed unfounded.

2:09 p.m.- Felony warrant arrest made on subject for terroristic threatening.

3:02 p.m.- Incident report taken after caller stated someone had threatened him with a baseball bat.

7:04 p.m.- Incident report taken after caller advised she was getting phone calls from a male subject requesting suspicious activity.

October 27

3:31 p.m.- Elementary school requested assistance for a custody dispute.

7 p.m.- A business on Prospect Street reported an open door after hours.

11:03 p.m.- A male was arrested on a warrant from Lowell, and a female on warrant from Springdale and held for the sheriff s department.

11:11 p.m.- Berryville police requested assistance on a pursuit on Onyx Cave Road. Officers deployed spike strips to assist apprehension.

11:16 p.m.- Incident report taken from a convenience store complaining of young people taking a pizza without paying for it.

11:18 p.m.- Report of a vehicle backed up to a business and loading items. Floors were being waxed.

October 28

12:45 a.m.- Caller reported someone trying her door knob on Pivot Rock Road, then ran into woods.

9:50 a.m.- Grocery store reported shoplifter in the store. An arrest was made.

10:35 a.m.- Incident report taken from a business on Hillside Ave. that reported stolen copper trellis and birdbath.

1:35 p.m.- Minor traffic accident reported in a business parking lot.

4:11 p.m.- Report of a male subject yelling and banging on windows at the post office.

4:42 p.m.- Accident report taken of a hit and run accident in a parking lot on North Main.

11:08 p.m.- Complaint of loud music on West Van Buren. Subjects turned the music down.

October 29

8:57 a.m.- Incident report taken from a caller who reported her boyfriend broke into her apartment.

11:09 a.m.- Traffic jam reported on Main Street at the Courthouse from Christmas lights installation.

12:10 p.m.- Business reported juveniles buying large quantities of butane.

12:33 p.m.- Accident report taken of a minor traffic accident at Center and Mountain streets.

5:11 p.m.- Traffic jam reported on Mountain Street from a car parked in a bad spot. Vehicle was towed.

5:38 p.m.- Carriage driver reported reckless driver downtown. Subject gone on arrival.

5:54 p.m.- Citations issued to several vehicles parked in the red zone at White and Prospect, creating a traffic jam.

5:48 p.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a one-vehicle accident. Patient taken by Eagle Med to hospital.

6:52 p.m.- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject that had fallen in bathroom. Patient taken to ESH.

11:23 p.m.- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a male subject that had fallen. No transport.

October 25

11:53 a.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a female subject that had fallen in the street and injured her leg. No transport.

October 26

8:13 a.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a male subject that had fallen and injured his hand. Patient taken to ESH.

10:26 a.m.- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to an unresponsive female subject. Patient taken to ESH.

10:57 p.m.- Squad #1194 and G.K. responded to a one-vehicle accident involving a deer. Patient taken to ESH.

4:26 a.m.- Female inmate in holding cell complained of her head hurting.

11:39 a.m.- Squad #1192 responded to a fall and possible head injury on Spring Street.

8 p.m.- Squad #1192 responded to Raycliff Manor for a female going into labor. She was transported to St. Mary s in Rogers.

9:31 p.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a female having trouble breathing at the Passion Play.

9:58 p.m.- Squad #1192 responded to a report of a car off the road on Hwy. 187 near Beaver, with unknown injuries.

11:01 p.m.- Squad #1194 responded to Holiday Island for a female with chest pains.

October 29

2:54 p.m.- Squad #1194 responded to a South Main business where a female had passed out.
