The Franz Family

BERRYVILLE -- The Franz Family, of rural Berryville, will be in concert at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, at 7 p.m., at Calvary Bible Church, 801 S. Springfield St., Green Forest.

The family group is known for its close harmony, with fiddle, guitar, banjo, mandolin, dobro and upright bass. The group writes many of their own songs.

The Franz Family, composed of parents Randy and Ruth Ann, and children Caleb, Audra, Emmitt and Olivia, began their full-time music ministry at Mutton Hollow in Branson, Mo., in 1992. In 1997, they left the park to travel the country performing in churches, schools, parks and festivals.

Randy Franz states,

"Our desire is to be used of the Lord to glorify Him; to proclaim the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ; to encourage believers in their walk with the Lord; to represent our Saviour, Jesus Christ, faithfully; and to live a life worthy of the calling."

All interested persons are encouraged to attend the Nov. 9 concert. A love offering will be accepted. For more information, telephone (870) 423-2634.
