October 16

6:05 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a School Drive residence in reference to a disturbance.

8:45 p.m. - Police responded to a stalled 18-wheeler on East Main Street.

8:50 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a report of a fire at Green Forest Foods. It was a controlled burn.

October 17

2:35 a.m. - Police responded to an abandoned vehicle at the school superintendent s office.

8:14 p.m. - Police responded to a complaint of a big, black dog chasing a child. The Animal Control Officer was notified and the dog owner was issued a citation.

October 18

6:20 p.m. - Police were dispatched to a report of vandalism at the Cherry Street water tank. The report was unfounded.

October 20

11:20 p.m. - Police arrested a subject after a routine traffic stop. The subject reportedly had an outstanding warrant.

October 21

1:08 a.m. - Police were dispatched to a Fifth Street residence in reference to a possible vehicle theft. Complainant said a subject dressed in black tried to open a door handle and then ran up Arch Street.

8:30 p.m. - Police were dispatched to loud music on School Drive.

8:41 p.m. - Police reported music was turned down.

9:25 p.m.- Police responded to a complaint of loud music on School Drive.

9:26 - Police reported the music was turned down.

9:51 p.m. - Police performed a routine traffic stop and arrested a subject after discovering the subject had a warrant.

October 22

5:05 a.m. - Police were dispatched to a Hickman Lane residence to a possible residential break-in. Police reported that there was no break-in, but the wind had set off an alarm.

10:35 a.m. - Police responded to a one-vehicle accident.

1:55 p.m. - Police were dispatched to the hospital in reference to a dog bite. Animal Control Officer was advised.
