September 25

7:50 a.m.-Caller reported that the hospital personnel were not answering phone. Officer stated they were having phone difficulties.

11:46 a.m. - EMS requested officer assistance in transporting an intoxicated subject to hospital.

1:08 p.m. - Accident report taken on a minor traffic incident.

2:50 p.m. - Incident report taken after a truck hit rail and left scene.

3 p.m. - Subject turned self in on a local warrant.

4:29 p.m .- Caller reported kids racing motorcycles.

8:35 p.m. - Officer responded to a family disturbance.

September 26

8:57 p.m. - Incident report taken on personal property hit and run.

10:05 p.m.- Officer requested to check on a female subject that possible overdosed.

September 27

2:54 a.m. - Incident report taken after a young boy was seen walking along Hwy. 62.

6:48 a.m. - Incident report taken after items were stolen from high school the previous day.

8:49 a.m. - Officer responded to a request by Public Works to be present due to an irate customer that had his water shut off for non-payment.

9:17 a.m. -Incident report taken on harassing phone calls.

7:48 p.m. - Officer responded to a report of suspicious activity at inn. Call was deemed unfounded.

September 28

8:30 a.m. - Officer requested to check suspicious residue found at motel. Officer deemed substance not drug related.

10:30 a.m. - Incident report taken on an argument over dog ownership. Dog was returned to owners

5:30 p.m. - Officer responded to a report of a male subject having a seizure at restaurant.

8:53 p.m. - Incident report taken on an unattended death.

9:53 p.m. - Officer responded to a welfare check request on female subject.

September 29

4:44 p.m. - Officer responded to a report of vehicles blocking Armstrong St.

5:45 p.m. - Female subject arrested on CCSO warrant.

September 30

11:36 a.m. - Accident report taken on a two car incident.

2:11 p.m. - Caller reported people on balcony pouring beer on persons walking below.

2:11 p.m.- Caller stated that smoke coming from BBQ was annoying people.

4:24 p.m. - Accident report taken on motorcycle incident with injuries.

6:35 p.m. - Caller reported three dogs loose on Hwy. 62.

7:54 p.m. - Accident report taken on incident at liquor store.

October 1

9:42 a.m. - Accident report taken on a minor incident in parking lot.

10:51 a.m. - Accident report taken on a one vehicle accident on Hwy. 23 South.

12:05 p.m. - Caller stated a motorcycle was illegally parked in roadway. All vehicle legally parked when officer arrived.

12:53 p.m. - Caller stated subjects with signs causing a traffic hazard near grocery store.

1:45 p.m. - Caller reported a sign propped up against motorcycle that was picked up by another subject that cussed at complainant.

1:45 p.m. - Officer responded to a report of a juvenile fighting with mother in vehicle. Officer stated j¯uvenile did not want to go to hospital for overdose.

3:46 p.m. - Information taken on a Corvette being driven recklessly.

4:12 p.m. - Information taken on male subject with Alzheimer's that was driving vehicle.

4:53 p.m. - Callers reported loud motorcycles in downtown

11:15 a.m. - Squad #1192 responded to a male subject having difficulties breathing. Patient taken to ESH.

10:05 p.m. - Squad #1192 responded to a a female subject that had overdosed. No transport.

September 27

7:25 a.m. - H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a male subject having an alcohol/drug interaction. No transport.

2:12 p.m. - Squad #1192 responded to a mutual aid request by Madison County on a four-vehicle accident. Air Evac transported patient(s).

6:06 p.m. - H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a female subject having stroke like symptoms. Patient taken to ESH.

September 28

3:30 p.m. - Squad #1192 responded to a male subject having seizures. Patient taken to area hospital.

7:07 p.m. - Squad #1194 responded to a female subject having shortness of breath. No transport.

8:38 p.m. - Squad #1192 responded to an unresponsive male subject. Coroner notified.

10 p.m. - I.P. and Squad #1194 responded to a motorcycle accident with injuries. No transport.

September 29

12:37 p.m. - Squad #1194 and H.I. responded to a motorcycle accident on Hwy. 23 North. Patient taken to area hospital.

1:23 p.m. - H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a female subject with nausea and other symptoms. Patient taken to ESH.

2:55 p.m. - I.P. and Squad #1194 responded to a motorcycle accident with injuries. Patient taken to area hospital.

5:44 p.m. - H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a motorcycle accident with injuries. Patient taken to ESH.

September 30

10:32 a.m. - H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a female subject possibly having a cardiac. Patient taken to ESH.

11:36 a.m. - Squad #1194 responded to a two vehicle accident with injuries. Patient(s) taken to ESH.

4:24 p.m. - Squad #1192 responded to a motorcycle accident with injuries. No transport.

6:26 p.m. - Squad #1194 and H.I. responded to a male subject lying in neighbor s yard. Patient taken by Air Evac to hospital.

7:54 p.m. - I.P. and Squad #1192 responded to a call concerning an unresponsive female subject. No transport.

October 1

3:39 a.m. - Squad #1192 responded to a female subject in respiratory distress. Patient taken to ESH.

10:49 a.m. - Squad #1194 responded to a one vehicle accident. Patient taken to ESH.

11:09 a.m. - I.P. and Squad #1192 responded to a request for an attended death. Patient had a DNR order.

5:26 p.m. - Squad #1193 and G.K. responded to a high fever and general illness. Patient taken to ESH.

10:03 p.m. - Squad #1193 responded to a female subject with a nose bleed. No transport.
