10:24 p.m. -- Resident reported hearing a woman yelling. Officer deemed report unfounded.

September 19

9:09 a.m. -- Caller reported a medium sized black dog running loose in hospital parking lot. Officer unable to catch animal.

2:35 p.m. -- Incident report taken on stolen medication.

11:51 p.m. -- Incident report taken on harassing communications.

September 20

6:02 p.m. -- Officer responded to a civil matter between caller and her boyfriend.

9 p.m. -- Officer assisted Arkansas State Police with an accident.

September 21

2:55 a.m. -- Caller stated a red truck with male occupants did not belong at apartment complex.

8:07 a.m. -- Routine traffic stop resulted in an arrest.

2:49 p.m. --Incident report taken after caller stated two men on black Harley Davidson assaulted a female walking on Benton St.

7:36 p.m. -- Incident report taken on a hit and run accident at hotel.

1:06 a.m. -- Officer responded to a motion alarm at pharmacy. Call unfounded.

1:56 a.m.- Officers responded to report of a possible fight in progress. No action taken.

1:56 a.m. -- Carroll Electric requested traffic control to back big truck in the area of hotel.

12:56 p.m. -- Incident report taken on an employee theft.

3:09 p.m. -- Incident report taken on a loud music complaint.

3:19 p.m. -- Caller reported a dog locked inside vehicle.

5:46 p.m. -- Caller reported a male subject lying beside roadway.

6:49 p.m. -- Caller reported three intoxicated male subjects on motorcycles.

8:33 p.m. -- Incident report taken on a male subject standing outside business without pants.

September 24

12:59 a.m. -- Officers requested to stand by at business to make sure no fights got started.

1:25 a.m. -- Caller stated that a fight was starting at location mentioned above.

7:35 a.m. -- Caller reported a large white dog running loose. Officer unable to get close enough to catch.

1:20 p.m. -- Caller stated sister got separated from group while shopping downtown. Officer stayed subject got tired and went back to motel.

1:33 p.m. -- Incident reported taken after a female subject left without paying a beer.

2:55 p.m. -- Welfare check requested after female subject would not answer door. Officer stated subject was fine.

3:16 p.m. -- Incident report taken on found missing items from grocery store.

4:43 p.m. -- Transit department stated a power line was hanging low near top of Mountain St.

4:46 p.m. -- Caller stated two males subjects were throwing coupons out of truck window.

5:01 p.m. -- Squad #1194 responded to an out-of-district call in Madison County concerning a subject with back pain. Patient taken to ESH.

September 19

10:17 a.m. -- Squad #1194 responded to a female subject that had fallen and was unresponsive. Patient taken to area hospital.

1:07 p.m. -- Caller reported a teenage male subject had his arm stuck in rock wall. No transport.

5:52 p.m. -- Squad #1192 responded to a toddler that was vomiting. No transport.

September 20

1:54 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a male subject having a possible cardiac. Patient taken by Air Evac to hospital.

10:32 a.m. -- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject with back pain after falling. Patient taken to ESH.

September 21

6:55 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a traffic accident on Hwy. 23 North. Patient taken to ESH.

11:49 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a female subject having respiratory difficulties. No transport.

11:56 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to two female subjects that had fallen. Patient(s) taken to ESH.

12:01 p.m. -- Squad #1119 responded to a report of an unresponsive male subject choking at restaurant. Call cancelled after a bystander, that was a nurse, cleared subject s airway.

4:05 p.m. -- Squad #1192 responded to a lift assist request.

4:34 p.m. -- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a female subject with an elevated blood pressure and disorientation. Patient taken to ESH.

9 p.m. -- Squad #1192 responded to a subject that had fallen in hotel lobby.

1:51 a.m. -- Engine #1151 requested for traffic control at motel. Officers were busy.

6:33 a.m. -- Engine #1151 responded to a report of a fully involved structure.
