August 28

11:28 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to the middle school playground o assist emergency medical personnel with a 14-year-old's broken leg.

2:35 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to the city cemetery to investigate a report of vandalism.

6:55 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Spruce Street address after receiving a report of kds on skateboards in the driveway of a vacant house. Police spoke with the kids, who agreed to stay away.

9:29 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Murphy Oil to investigate a report of subjects arguing. Police checked.

10:55 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to al-Mart to investigate a report of a subject driving erratically. No contact was made with the suspect.

11:50 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Locust heights apartment to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance. A male subject was arrested.

August 29

2:09 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a St. George Street address to investigate a prowler complaint. Police checked the area.

3:48 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Stubbs grocery to investigate a report of subjects arguing. One subject departed upon equest.

6:40 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Locust Heights apartment to investigate a reported dispute over property. The matter was resolved.

9 p.m. -- Police took a report of harassing phone calls when meeting with a subject at the police department.9:50 p.m. -- Police investigated a possible criminal trespass complaint at a West Freeman Street address. No one was found.

August 30

3:42 a.m. -- Police provided a foot patrol at a vacant house.

10:43 a.m. -- Police filed a Taco Bell theft complaint report.1:23 p.m. -- Police provided a funeral escort and traffic control.

August 31

9:45 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to Freeman Switch Road because an 18 wheeler was blocking the road. Police summoned a wrecker.

9:15 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to an Alma Steet address to provide civil standby. A resident refused and a subject was advised it was a civil matter.

September 1

8 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a West Madison Street address to investigate a complaint regarding a family member. The information ws noted.

8:02 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 62 and West College Avenue to work a two vehicle traffic accident.

8:35 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to the Exxon station for a reported gas spill, which they found to be small,about two gallons.

11 a.m. -- Police found a lost purse.

10:53 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 62 Spur apartment to investigate a possible domestic disturbance. One person was arrested.

September 2

1:17 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Shamrock nn room to provide a welfare check. All was okay.

2:07 a.m. -- Police assisted Stone County, Missouri authorities by obtaining a statement and faxing it to them.

3:04 a.m. -- Police found the rear door of a city business kicked halfway open, checked, and deermined no one had entered.

9:19 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a car dealership to assist emergency medical personnel with a subject with a head injury.

4:01 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Arvest Bank in response to an alarm call. All was okay.

4:26 .m. -- Police spoke to skateboarders at Magnolia Village and asked them to cease.

8:11 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to O'Reillys to investigate a fight complaint. Police filed a report.

11:21 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Locust heights apartment to nvestigate a possible breaking and entering complaint. A report was taken.

September 3

4:34 a.m. -- Police checked the country club, its buildings and storage area.

12:13 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Kristy Street address to investigate a loud music omplaint. The music was turned down.

5:29 p.m. -- Police initiated a traffic stop for expired vehicle license and arrested the driver on outstanding warrants.

8:33 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Smalley Street address to investigate a breaking and enteing complaint. A report was taken.

11:41 p.m. -- Police spoke to three females at the city cemetery, who claimed to be ghost hunters, and asked them to leave.

September 4

12:20 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to the library to investigate a report of a subjet running from the square. Police checked, no crime was detected.

10:45 a.m. -- Police assisted with traffic control for the fair parade.

6:11 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to the Fairway Motel to investigate a report of a verbal dispute. One subject was gne when police arrived.

8 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart in regards to a bomb threat. The building was searched and cleared. All was okay.

September 5

4:53 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to the emergency room to assist with an intoxicated male ptient attempting to leave. He was persuaded to wait quietly for his ride.

9:02 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to the Exxon station after someone in a black truck drove off without paying for gas. A report was taken.

9:14 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to th county courthouse to investigate a report of terroristic threatening. A report was taken.

9:50 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Phillips Street address in reference to a dog attacking others. The dog was placed in its owner's yard.

1:13 p.m. -- Police wre dispatched to the police department to speak to a subject about a harassment complaint.

6:20 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to an Orchard Street address to investigate a report of a possible domestic disturbance. It was verbal only and a subject had deprted the scene.

8:35 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Country Court residence to investigate a fight complaint. The fight was over when police arrived and no one wanted to press charges.

8:40 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Country Court again for anoter possible fight. All was quiet when they arrived.

8:55 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Country Court a third time, this time to a different address, for a disturbance. The parties were separated and told to avoid each other.

September 6

12:09 a.m. -- Poice were dispatched to the Shamrock Motel because of a dispute with tenants. The tenants made other arrangements.

12:29 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Sunrise Motel room to provide standby while Department of Human Services officials did a home inspecion.

1 p.m. -- Police met with a subject at the police department who was having a problem with her ex-husband. She was told to speak with her attorney.

1:20 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to an area near the Dollar Tree to investigate a report of someone soking pot. Police investigated and determined the call was unfounded.

2:13 p.m. -- Police spoke to a subject about a harassment complaint, which turned out to be a mutual disagreement.

4:15 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to the KFC parking lot to work a onevehicle traffic accident. A report was taken.

11:05 p.m. -- An alarm at a used car lot was checked. All was okay.

September 7

2:20 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Bunch Springs Road address to investigate a theft complaint. A report was taken.

5:10 p.m. -- Police wre dispatched to a County Road 501 location to retrieve computer equipment. It was taken to the police department to be held as evidence.

6:53 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to the Exxon station to pick up a found wallet, that was returned to its owner.

7:8 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Eureka Street location to investigate a possible violation of a protection order. A subject was warned.

7:55 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart to investigate a report of employees stealing. A report was taken.

3:42 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to an auto sales lot to investigate a report of someone knocking on windows. Police checked, all was okay.

4:33 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to the county courthouse to investigate a report of two people outsde. They were just resting, all was okay.

10:44 a.m. -- Police provided traffic control and escort for a funeral.

2:02 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 62 West location to look for a possible reckless driver. Police made contact with the subject andcautioned them.

10:55 p.m. -- Police took a theft report at an East Freeman Street address.

September 9

8:23 a.m. -- Police spoke to a subject on the telephone to file an assault report.

3:32 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Clive Street address to investgate a dog attacking another dog complaint. A report was taken.

9:07 p.m. -- Police arrested a subject for DWI 3 and driving on a suspended driver's license.

10:39 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to the sheriff's office to file a report on a lost or stolen prse.

September 10

1:37 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a nursing home to investigate noises heard in the kitchen. Police checked, all was okay.

1:53 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Locust heights apartment to investigate a possible disturbance. The cal was unfounded.

6:16 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to a North Springfield Street location to work a two vehicle traffic accident.

8:37 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 62 East location to look for a while Camaro with a possible intoxicated driver.No contact was made.

10:42 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 62 East location to look for a motorist in a red Mustang who was wanted in a Eureka Springs gas drive off. No contact was made.

7:45 p.m. Sept. 4 -- The BFD was dspatched to a fire at the West View apartments that turned out to be a controlled burn.

8 p.m. Sept. 4 -- The BFD was dispatched to Wal-Mart to provide standby for a bomb scare.

10:40 p.m. Sept. 5 -- The BFD was dispatched to a structure fire on CR 603, tha turned out to be a controlled burn.

9:55 a.m. Sept. 6 -- The BFD was sent to the airport to provide standby for a medical transport.
