September 1

8:18 a.m.-- Caller reported a motorcycle passing on double yellow. Officer located driver and issued him a citation.

11:26 a.m.-- Incident report taken concerning a trolley almost running vehicles off the road.

3:21 p.m.-- Accident report taken on non-injury incident.

6:17 p.m.-- Accident report taken on motorcycle incident on Hwy. 62.

6:30 p.m.-- CCSO stated a subject had information concerning an ongoing investigation that CCSO is working on.

9:35 p.m.-- Subject arrested on a Madison County warrant.

9:42 p.m.-- Caller reported cars parked in lot that did not belong to motel guests.

9:46 p.m.-- Caller reported noise coming from saloon and wanted it to stop.

September 2

12:15 a.m.-- Resident reported motorcycles with loud pipes driving up and down Benton St.

12:43 a.m.-- Report requested concerning an employee theft.

2 a.m.-- Caller stated neighbors next door where having a domestic dispute. Call transferred to CCSO.

3:56 a.m.-- Officer requested at hospital in reference to a suspicious male subject hanging out in parking lot.

4:12 a.m.-- Caller reported persons in parking lot drinking and shooting off fireworks.

11:13 a.m.-- Officers responded to a report of a verbal disturbance.

1:43 p.m.-- Incident report taken on theft of money bag from business.

1:46 p.m.-- Caller reported a reckless driver headed into town. Officer spoke with driver.

1:54 p.m.-- Citation issued to driver parked in red zone.

2:10 p.m.-- Information taken concerning a hot check written to business.

4:29 p.m.-- Accident report taken on motorcycle incident on Hwy. 62.

4:30 p.m.-- Incident report taken on a stolen or lost license plate.

7 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a motorcycle vs deer incident on Hwy. 62.

8:53 p.m.-- Caller reported two male subjects fighting on the north side of the courthouse.

9:35 p.m.-- Caller stated her boyfriend had threatened to kill her dog and wanted police to check on animal.

September 3

10:31 a.m.-- Accident report taken on a motorcycle incident with injuries on Hwy. 62.

1:32 p.m.-- Incident report taken on a hit and run accident on Spring St.

7:15 p.m.-- Incident report taken after a couple walked out of restaurant without paying tab.

7:28 p.m.-- Caller stated a Boxer came at them and tried to attack them while they were walking.

8:28 p.m.-- Incident report taken on a violation of protection order.

8:29 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a vehicle vs deer incident on Main St.

September 4

10:28 a.m.-- Accident report taken on a two-vehicle incident with no injuries.

2:48 p.m.-- Accident report taken after CCSO stated a truck had rolled over on Stadium Road. Driver was not present at time of report.

8:39 p.m.-- Caller stated subjects were setting off fireworks by Dairy Hollow, upper Spring St. area.

10:08 p.m.-- Incident report taken on a residential burglary.

September 5

8:08 a.m.-- Incident report taken on burglary done during the night.

12:26 p.m.-- Caller requested a welfare check on subject walking in roadway. Subject was found to be alright.

2:22 p.m.-- Officer responded to a report of a female subject that had been sleeping on the bench in front of Chamber of Commerce. Officer stated subject was having car trouble and was waiting for help to arrive.

2:43 p.m.-- Officer took a supplemental report after house burglarized the day before, was broken into again after officer had left.

5 p.m.-- Caller reported a family disturbance. Male subject arrested.

5:31 p.m.-- Caller reported possible gunshots heard near downtown. Report deemed unfounded.

September 6

7:35 a.m.-- Incident report taken on an overnight burglary at business.

7:56 a.m.-- Accident report taken on minor incident.

10:25 a.m.-- Caller stated subjects were blocking access to cafe by blocking roadway. Officer stated subjects moved vehicles and were advised not to block roadway again.

11:34 a.m.-- Officer requested to assist fire department concerning a welfare check on Wall St.

11:46 a.m.-- Officer requested again at same cafe concerning continuing parking dispute.

2:43 p.m.-- Caller stated he found nails in parking area.

10 p.m.-- Officer responded to a report of a wanted subject being arrested by Fayetteville P.D.

10:49 p.m.-- Caller reported a stalled vehicle in roadway with no lights. Vehicle towed.

September 7

8:54 a.m.-- Officer witnessed a dog running loose in White St. area and followed it to residence. Information given to animal control.

3:31 p.m.-- Incident report taken after a smoker's urn was stolen from auditorium.

5:43 p.m.-- Information taken on a lost or stolen cell phone.

9 p.m.-- Caller reported a suspicious person hanging around church.

September 8

7:10 a.m.-- Caller reported a male subject found lying on the ground, covered in leaves and moaning.

12:58 p.m.-- Incident report taken after a mother stated her 18 year-old daughter had not been seen since Sept. 6.

3:55 p.m.-- Incident report taken after a baby stroller, car seat and diaper bag where found in dumpster.

4:01 p.m.-- Caller reported a male subject standing in the roadway yelling and screaming. Subject left prior to officer arrival.

6:55 p.m.-- Officers assisted Arkansas State Police with intercepting vehicle involved in a traffic accident.

7:15 p.m.-- Caller reported a deer had been hit by vehicle and was injured.

9:53 p.m.-- Incident report taken after employee took money from business.

September 9

10:15 a.m.-- Officer assisted with traffic jam on Hwy. 62.

6:47 p.m.-- Incident report taken after caller stated to male subjects arguing and making death threats.

9:37 p.m.-- Incident report taken after motel manager stated a fight, with guns, was in progress.

September 10

9:55 a.m.-- Officers requested to stand by until deputy could arrive, due to an employee/employer disturbance at animal shelter.

9:57 a.m.-- Parking citation issued to vehicles parked in red zone.

10:26 a.m.-- Incident report taken after caller stated her ex-boyfriend sitting in parking lot. Caller stated they have mutual no contact orders.

10:50 a.m.-- Incident report taken after subject had medication stolen from vehicle.

12:09 p.m.-- Incident report taken on missing jewelry from motel room.

12:50 p.m.-- Caller stated there was an unrestrained black Lab on Spring St.

3:43 p.m.-- Incident report taken on harassment by phone.

10:30 p.m.-- Incident report taken on a gas drive off.

10:48 p.m.-- Caller reported an intoxicated male subject passed out in hotel lobby.

10:37 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a male subject that had collapsed. No transport.

4:29 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a motorcycle accident. Patient taken to ESH.

5:27 p.m.-- I.P. and Squad #1192 responded to a male subject possibly having a stroke. Patient taken by Air Evac.

7 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a motorcycle vs deer accident. Patient taken to ESH.

11:31 p.m.-- Engine #1151 responded to a report of a fire south of music park on Hwy. 23 South.

10:31 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a motorcycle accident with head injury. Patient taken to ESH.

8:15 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a female subject with severe back pain. Patient taken to ESH.

September 4

9:36 a.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a male subject that had fallen and had facial injuries. Patient taken to ESH.

1:41 p.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to an out-of-district assist concerning a fall victim with possible broken back.

3:08 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a two-vehicle accident. Patient(s) taken to ESH.

September 6

4:35 a.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a possible stroke victim. Patient taken to ESH.

11:34 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a welfare check request. No transport.

11:28 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a traffic accident. No patient found at scene.

September 7

7:30 p.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to Carroll County Fairgrounds in reference to a female subject having a seizure. Patient taken to St. John's.

9:08 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a subject involved in a disturbance. No transport.

September 8

1:44 a.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a female subject that had fallen and hit face and was bleeding heavily. Patient taken to area hospital.

6:29 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject having seizures. No transport.

1:11 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to a female subject with nausea and other illness. Patient taken to St. John's.

6:40 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a male subject that had cut his arm. Patient taken to ESH.

September 9

12:11 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a report that a grandmother had dropped her toddler grandson approximately four feet. Patient taken to ESH.

1:29 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1192 responded to a male subject with hypertension. Patient taken to ESH.

7:01 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to an officer request concerning fight victim. Patient taken to ESH.

September 10

4:48 p.m.-- Squad #1651 responded to a male subject that was clammy, sweaty and had chest pressure. Patient taken to area hospital.
