REGINA "GINA" B. WEEMS, 25, of Hobart, Ind., formerly of Portage, Ind., died Thursday, July 20.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara Koteles, of Hobart; father Arlan Howard Weems, of Eureka Springs; two sisters, Michele Jenkins, of Missouri, and Gemma Weems, of the home; brother James Koteles, of the home; maternal grandmother Mary Ackley, of Orland Park, Ill.; and paternal grandparents Lola and McKinley Weems, of Eureka Springs. She was preceded in death by grandfather Robert W. Ackley.

Miss Weems was a graduate of Andrean High School, class of 1998, and attended Willowcreek Middle School in Portage. She was a sales representative for CDW.

Visitation was scheduled for 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service in Merrillville, Ind., with a service of remembrance at 7 p.m. A memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 27, at St. Peter and St. Paul Catholic Church, 5885 Harrison St., Merrillville, with the Rev. Joseph Lancalaco officiating.
