10:06 a.m.-- Incident report taken on vehicle missing from residence.
June 20
6:06 p.m.-- Officer requested at motel in reference to an unwanted person on property.
9:32 p.m.-- Resident reported a possible prowler in basement. Officer deemed report unfounded.
10:12 p.m.-- Officer responded to hospital in reference to patient banging on doors.
June 21
10:08 a.m.-- Caller reported a vehicle in front of residence that had been moved for several days. Officer red tagged vehicle.
10:25 a.m.-- Accident report taken on a minor incident on Spring St.
10:50 a.m.-- Caller reported two large dogs in his driveway that he wanted removed. Officer took animals to police station for owner pickup.
12:18 p.m.-- Incident report taken on a male and female arguing. Subjects were separated.
12:50 p.m.-- Caller reported a subject looking into parked cars. Officer stated subject was a local business man conducting business.
3:43 p.m.-- Officers responded to a report of a missing seven-year old boy. Subject was located within ten minutes of call.
June 22
11:30 a.m.-- Caller reported a juvenile had been left by parents at business. Parents located at a local hotel and reunited with child.
1:35 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a minor private property incident.
June 23
9:05 a.m.-- Incident report taken on damage done to vehicle during the night.
3:25 p.m.-- Incident report taken after a statue of the Virgin Mary was stolen from Pine St. residence.
3:52 p.m.-- Officer red tagged an abandoned red Chevy van parked on Pine St.
11:50 p.m.-- Citation issued to business concerning loud music.
June 24
2:56 a.m.-- Officers responded to a report of a fight in parking lot.
5:38 p.m.-- Accident report taken after caller stated someone had hit his vehicle during the day.
9:03 p.m.-- Incident report taken after customers left restaurant without paying tab.
11:13 p.m.-- Citation issued to business for loud music.
June 25
9 a.m.-- Incident report taken after a meter head and post were removed.
10:29 a.m.-- Accident report taken on a two vehicle incident with possible injuries. One driver was arrested for DWI.
12:52 p.m.-- Caller stated there was trash and cardboard in front of business. Owner removed the one cardboard beer case from in front of the building.
1:28 p.m.-- Caller reported a vehicle weaving on the road. Officer unable to locate vehicle.
2:19 p.m.-- Caller stated there were two dogs in back of pickup without water or shade. Officer found owner who supplied the animals with drinking water.
10:07 p.m.-- Incident report taken after caller stated teenagers were spray painting the rock wall on the bottom of Benton St.

4:33 p.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject that had fallen and needed assistance. No transport.
6:45 p.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject having heat related symptoms. Patient taken to ESH.
7:05 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to an intoxicated male subject with a nail in his foot that requested a tetanus shot. Patient taken to area hospital.
7:35 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a smoke advisory near CR 302/307. Forestry notified.
June 22
7:21 a.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a subject having difficulty breathing and was slipping in and out of consciousness. Patient taken to ESH.
10:34 a.m.-- G.K. and Squad #1192 responded to a male subject having chest pains. Patient taken to ESH.
June 23
3:10 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a report of an unresponsive male subject on sidewalk. Patient taken to ESH.
June 24
11:56 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject that had taken unknown medication and had possibly overdosed. Patient taken to area hospital
12:36 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a two vehicle accident. No transport.
1:29 p.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject that had fallen and possibly fractured her arm. Patient taken to ESH.
6:46 p.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a vehicle vs building accident. No transport.
8:05 p.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a one or two vehicle accident in which a car may have gone into the valley with a boat. No transport.
11:06 p.m.-- Squad #1194 and H.I. responded to a female subject having difficulty breathing. Patient taken to area hospital.

2:26 a.m.-- Squad #1192 and I.P. responded to a motorcycle vs deer accident on Hwy. 62. Patient taken to area hospital.
8:33 a.m.-- H.I. and Squad #1194 responded to an elderly male subject that had lost consciousness. Patient taken to ESH.
9:23 a.m.-- Squad #1192 responded to a female subject that had fallen and was having difficulty breathing. Patient taken to ESH.
10:29 a.m.-- Squad #1194 responded to a two vehicle accident with possible injuries. Patient(s) taken to ESH.

4:22 a.m.-- Squad #1194 and H.I. responded to a female subject with pain in her leg. No transport.
