WEEK OF NOV. 21-28

November 22

8:49 a.m.-- Caller reported a dog running loose on White St. Officer advised it belonged to resident on Singleton St and was in the pack that had attacked a resident recently.

12:45 p.m.-- Incident report taken on subject that had sugar poured in gas tank.

12:45 p.m.-- Incident report taken on usage of an ATM card by an unauthorized person.

3:47 p.m.-- Subjects reported picking up a boxer/pit bull mix off highway for fear the animal might get hit by a car.

4:41 p.m.-- Male subject reported his truck missing from the corner of Center and Mountain. Vehicle owner advised officer he had seen a named male subject driving past and checking the alarm on the vehicle. At 5:15 p.m., complainant stated he now had the keys to his vehicle and was returning home.

4:51 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a two vehicle incident. Parties decided to settle among themselves.

5:18 p.m.-- Liquor store employee reported a vehicle struck pole in parking lot. Driver left scene and an accident report taken.

6:51 p.m.-- Officer responded to a report of a drunk male subject on Flint St. Upon arrival officer found driver of the accident at liquor store. Subject arrested.

November 23

12:02 a.m.-- Caller reported a subject skateboarding on Spring St. Officer advised subject of skateboarding laws. Subject took his activity to skate park.

November 24

9:40 a.m.-- Caller reported a dog running loose and getting into garbage.

11:15 a.m.-- Officer responded to a report of a subject that had entered a female's residence and threatened her. Subject located and arrested on an outstanding warrant.

2:55 p.m.-- Officer responded to a report of an aggressive male subject causing a disturbance. Subject arrested on multiple warrants.

6 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a one vehicle incident. No injuries.

10:38 p.m.-- Officer responded to a domestic disturbance call. Subject arrested.

November 25

1:26 p.m.-- Incident report taken concerning kids breaking into Eureka Kids building.

2:13 p.m.-- Complainant reported a trolley running driver off road. Officer took information over phone.

November 26

12:53 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a minor two vehicle incident.

3:26 p.m.-- Officer stopped vehicle for no vehicle license. Driver had valid warrant out of Rogers. Subject arrested.

5:17 p.m.-- Caller requested officer to help remove drunk persons from business. Upon arrival, officer determined no drunk persons present and that the business owner had made a clerical error that caused the disturbance.

7:21 p.m.-- Incident report taken after female subject stated her purse and work vehicle had been stolen from hotel. BOLO sent to all surrounding counties. Contents of purse found scattered at state line just inside of Arkansas on Hwy. 23 North. CCSO took over investigation.

November 27

12:35 p.m.-- Accident report taken on minor incident with no injuries.

1:06 p.m.-- Incident report taken on guests that were tearing up hotel rooms.

4:26 p.m.-- Caller reported two kids skateboarding on Planer Hill in traffic. Officer advised kids to move it to the skateboard park.

10:53 p.m.-- Observer witnessed a figurine from display in Basin Park band shell being stolen. With assistance from witnesses, subjects were located and issued a citation for theft of property. Figurine returned to proper location.

11:02 p.m.-- Caller reported a verbal altercation at restaurant. Officer spoke with both parties and deemed incident unfounded.

November 21

8:03 a.m.-- Squad #2 and I.P responded to a report of a flue fire.

9:08 p.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a report of a male subject possibly getting on meth. Patient taken to ESH.

November 22

6:18 a.m.-- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a subject with general weakness and illness.

11:35 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a male subject possibly having a stroke. Patient taken to ESH.

6:11 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to an elderly male subject that had fallen in dining hall. Patient taken to ESH.

November 23

10:15 a.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a female subject with pain in chest and arm area. No transport.

7:05 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a paraplegic male subject that was highly agitated. Patient taken to ESH.

11:16 p.m.-- Squad #2 and H.I. responded to a male subject that had taken third nitro pill and still had no relief from severe chest pain. Patient taken to ESH.

November 24

9:19 a.m.-- Squad #2, Engine #1 responded to a fire alarm at hotel. Nothing found.

10:40 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a male subject coughing up blood. Patient taken to ESH.

6 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a traffic accident with unknown injuries. No transport.

7:23 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #2 responded to a male subject with severe pain due to kidney stone. Patient taken to ESH.

9:39 p.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a report of a power lines sparking. Nothing found.

November 25

10:43 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a subject with general illness. Patient taken to ESH.

November 27

1:26 a.m.-- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a traffic accident at Hwy. 23 North and Hwy. 187. No transport.

2:11 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a female subject having a seizure. Patient taken to ESH.

7 p.m.-- Squad #4 and H.I. responded to a male subject with severe chest pain. Patient taken to ESH.
