Oct. 24

12:25 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to Exxon to take a report on a gas drive off.

3:00 a.m. -- Officer removed items in roadway on Hailey Road.

1:45 p.m. -- Officer responded to a construction dispute in the alley behind This-N-That flea market. Issue was resolved.

3:50 p.m. -- Officer arrested an adult male on West Church Street on a failure to appear warrant.

7:20 p.m. -- Police responded to a report of a possible prowler on North Avenue in the Oakview Drive area. Nothing found.

10:07 p.m. -- Officer responded to a report of possible child abuse on East Church Street. A report was taken.

11:38 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Freeman Switch Road to check the area for a possible prowler.

Oct. 25

11:40 a.m. -- Officer took a report on a damaged light pole on Westview Street at Academy Road.

2:55 p.m. -- Officer responded to a report of kids trespassing and playing in a chicken house on High Street. Grandmother will keep kids away.

3:18 p.m. -- Officer arrested a burglary suspect on warrant at the football practice field.

5:05 p.m. -- Police took a report on a vehicle that rolled across the highway on High Street.

5:37 p.m. -- Police responded to a private property traffic accident in the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot. A report was taken.

6:00 p.m. -- Officer picked up a prisoner from the Springdale Police Department and returned subject to the Carroll County Detention Center on a Berryville Police Department warrant.

6:53 p.m. -- Police responded to a two vehicle traffic accident and hit and run on U.S. Highway 62 at Orchard Drive. A report was taken and the second driver was located and arrested by the Arkansas State Police.

10:25 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Locust Heights Apartments to take information on harassing telephone calls.

10:37 p.m. -- Police responded to a report of a vicious dog loose on Carl Avenue and Huntsville Street. Dog was not located.

11:10 p.m. -- Officer assisted emergency medical technicians with a medical emergency on George Street.

Oct. 26

10:28 a.m. -- Officer took information on an unwanted guest and a possible harassment complaint.

3:57 p.m. -- Police responded to a two vehicle traffic accident at Exxon. A report was taken.

8:10 p.m. -- Officer initiated a check of a suspicious vehicle at the laundromat. The driver was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

Oct. 27

11:15 a.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Twins Food Mart to take a report on a gas drive off.

5:26 p.m. -- Police responded to a traffic accident on Edwards Street. A report was taken.

Oct. 28

12:58 a.m. -- Police responded to a possible domestic at Sunrise Motel. Issue was resolved.

8:16 a.m. -- Officer responded to a report of kids trying to buy cigarettes at Tobacco Outlet on South Main Street. Officer checked area for the kids.

6:40 p.m. -- Officer cited a subject near Westridge for public intoxication.

Oct. 29

12:25 a.m. -- Officer responded to a report that a resident heard someone at back door on Freeman Switch Road. Officer checked area but no signs of anyone.

2:10 p.m. -- Officer transported a subject from the Eureka Springs Police Department to Carroll County Detention Center on a Berryville warrant.

2:18 p.m. -- Police responded to a loud music complaint on Lonnie Lane. Music was turned down.

3:35 p.m. -- Police responded to a two vehicle traffic accident on Freeman Avenue and George Street. A report was taken.

5:39 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to St. John's emergency room to assist with a state investigation.

6:28 p.m. -- Officer arrested an adult male on Freeman Street near Tyson Foods on an outstanding warrant.

8:19 p.m. -- Officer responded to a report that a newspaper rack was stolen off sidewalk at Burger King. The rack was recovered and an arrest was made.

8:43 p.m. -- Police responded to a loud music complaint at Edwards Street apartments. The music was turned down upon request.
