October 24

8:20 a.m.-- Accident report taken on a deer vs. vehicle incident on Hwy. 62 East.

11:31 a.m.-- Caller reported damage done to room by guest. Subject's credit card was charged for damage.

7:50 p.m.-- Subject arrested after a waitress was pushed.

October 25

1:59 a.m.-- Citation issued to owner of barking dogs on Singleton. One dog impounded.

7:45 a.m.-- Caller reported a dog running loose. Officer unable to catch animal.

1:03 p.m.-- Incident report taken on damage done to hotel room.

4:45 p.m.-- Incident report taken after caller stated articles were stolen from her purse while she was working.

6:22 p.m.-- Incident report taken after caller stated medication was stolen from her purse while she was teaching a class at the high school.

October 26

10:45 a.m.-- Caller reported a possibly impaired subject downtown. Subject gone upon arrival.

2:34 p.m.-- Business owner reported an impaired subject wandering the streets downtown and harassing people. Subject arrested.

3:07 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a two vehicle incident with one vehicle overturned.

9:10 p.m.-- Subject at police station reported a disturbance on Washington St. Officer arrested subject(s) at location and transported subject(s) to CCSO.

9:27 p.m.-- State police requested officer assistance at hospital. Officers arrived and assisted in arrest and transported subject to CCSO.

October 27

10:22 a.m.-- Caller reported a suspicious subject hanging around railroad parking lot. Subject left before officer arrival.

11:36 a.m.-- Incident report taken on identity theft.

1:42 p.m.-- Officer requested to assist EMS after caller reported his diabetic father would not answer the door or phone.

5:57 p.m.-- Caller reported subjects behind car wash doing drugs. Officer surveyed the scene and could not see any visible signs of drugs.

5:59 p.m.-- Complainant on Spring St. reported noise coming from restaurant. Officer stated he did not hear or notice any music or noise above comfort level.

6:49 p.m.-- Officer responded to a report of a possible shoplifter at convenience store. Officer arrived on scene and advised subjects to return merchandise and leave the premises.

10:14 p.m.-- Two complainants reported loud music coming from house on Pine St. at Prospect St. intersection. Officer checked occupants for warrants and advised them to keep the music down.

October 28

6:44 a.m.-- Caller reported hearing what sounded like a gunshot in apartment. Officer determined someone had dropped something heavy.

10:40 a.m.-- Caller reported two children selling candles door to door in a wagon.

1 p.m.-- Officer responded to a minor two vehicle accident.

1:42 p.m.-- Accident report taken after driver backed into balcony post.

6:03 p.m.-- Accident report taken on a hit and run incident.

October 29

2:20 a.m.-- Incident report taken on theft of hand bag from business.

4:40 p.m.-- Caller reported door left open at Eureka Kids. Officer secured building.

5:14 p.m.-- Officer stopped vehicle for expired vehicle license and found that driver had a suspended drivers license. Subject was arrested.

5:18 p.m.-- Business owners reported a female subject had jumped into swing he had outside shop and wanted female subject to pay for merchandise after she got blood on it.

8:44 p.m.-- Hotel manager reported seeing a woman on balcony that was not supposed to be there since business was closed. Officer patrolled area and did not find anyone on property.

9:33 p.m.-- Caller reported an altercation over reservations at inn. Officer on scene advised both parties that it was a civil matter.

October 30

1:15 a.m.-- Dogs located on Elk St. but officer was unable to contact animals owners.

8 a.m.-- Incident report taken after subject had his cell phone stolen.

9:55 a.m.-- Incident report taken on damage done to inn.

2 p.m.-- Incident report taken on Steele St. burglary.

3:15 p.m.-- Incident report taken on subject that was assaulted during the night.

7:38 p.m.-- Officer assistance requested for subject that was refusing medical treatment after subject had fallen and received injuries.

8:04 p.m.-- Officer responded to a complaint of a dog barking on Singleton St. Officer made contact with animal's owner and advised him that if any more complaints were made, a citation would be issued.

9:45 p.m.-- Felony arrest warrant made on Singleton St.

10:10 p.m.-- Incident report taken after officer found an open door and window at auditorium.

12:36 p.m.-- Squad #2 and I.P. responded to a semi that had rolled over near the Benton/Carroll County line. No transport.

2:20 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a male subject on oxygen that was very weak. Patient taken to ESH.

October 25

4:11 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a female subject with severe stomach pain. Patient taken to area hospital.

10:21 a.m.-- Squad #2 and #4 assisted subject that had fallen the previous night. Patient taken to ESH.

10:50 a.m.-- Squad #4 and H.I. responded to a male subject with an uncontrollable nose bleed. Patient taken to ESH.

4:44 p.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a Lifeline request for non-specified reason. No transport.

5:19 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a teenage male subject having difficulty breathing after taking sinus medication. Patient taken to ESH.

9:31 p.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a elderly female subject that had fallen. Patient taken to ESH.

11:32 p.m.-- I.P., G.K. and Squad #2 responded to a male subject having an asthma attack. Patient taken to area hospital.

3:07 p.m.-- Squad #2 and Engine #1 responded to a two vehicle accident with one vehicle overturned. No transport.

7:34 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a one vehicle accident. No transport after subject left scene.

8:49 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to an elderly male subject that had fallen and had possible injuries. Patient taken to area hospital.

10:43 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a male subject having difficulty breathing, also possibly bleeding into lungs. Patient taken to area hospital.

October 27

8:11 a.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a female subject having an asthma attack. Patient taken to ESH.

1:42 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a report of a diabetic male subject that was not answering phone or door. Patient taken to ESH.

7 p.m.-- Squad #4 and IC responded to a fire alarm at hotel. Responding personnel stated someone had pulled the fire alarm on the first floor.

October 28

6:44 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to an vehicle accident with unknown injuries. No transport.

11:25 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a male subject with numbness to right arm and difficulty breathing. No transport.

1:45 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #2 responded to a one vehicle accident on Hwy. 187. No transport.

4:11 p.m.-- Squad #4 requested to EHC for unknown medical call. Patient taken to St. John's.

3:09 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a female subject that was dizzy and had a swollen hand from fall. Patient taken to ESH.

9:35 p.m.-- Squad #2 responded to a female subject complaining of chest pain that was radiating down left arm. No transport.

8:46 a.m.-- G.K. and Squad #4 responded to a traffic accident. No transport.
