Aug. 15

12:03 a.m. -- Police responded to a report of someone outside a window of a residence at Country Court Mobile Home Park. Officer checked the area but found no one.

11:25 a.m. -- Police responded to a two vehicle traffic accident on U.S. Hwy. 62 at Arvest Bank. A report was taken.

11:26 a.m. -- Police noted information on a theft and harassment complaint.

1:00 p.m. -- Officer advised a resident on Carter St. of an unsightly condition complaint.

1:30 p.m. -- Officer advised subject at Liberty Tree Restaurant of an unsightly conditions complaint. Subject stated he will clean up.

1:35 p.m. -- Officer contacted a resident on Hubbard St. concerning an unsightly conditions complaint.

1:50 p.m. -- An officer was dispatched to Smalley St. to check area for a careless and imprudent driver. Negative contact made.

1:50 p.m. -- Police responded to a private property traffic accident at Wal-Mart parking lot. A report was taken.

2:20 p.m. -- Officer initiated an unsightly conditions complaint and noted other violations on Ada Ave. Officer notified subject to remove and relocate vehicles.

3:00 p.m. -- Police responded to a medical emergency at Price Cutters. EMS were on the scene.

3:15 p.m. -- Officer contacted owner via phone about unsightly conditions on Railroad Circle. Owner making arrangements to clean up.

4:20 p.m. -- Police were dispatched to Locust Heights Apartments concerning a subject who had taken too much medication. Subject was taken to ER via ambulance.

5:09 p.m. -- Officer responded to a report of a suspicious male looking in vehicles at St. John's Hospital parking lot. Officer checked area but subject not found.

6:27 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to McDonald's concerning a woman panhandling. Officer advised subject to cease.

6:35 p.m. -- Officer issued an unsightly conditions and abandoned vehicle complaint to a resident on Shaver St.

8:42 p.m. -- Officer responded to a report of kids racing in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Negative contact made.

10:22 p.m. -- Police responded to a fight in progress at Auto Zone. A report was taken.

Aug. 16

12:07 a.m. -- Officer initiated a traffic stop on Bobo Ave. and W. Trimble St. which led to the driver arrested on outstanding warrants.

1:37 a.m. -- Police responded to an alarm at a Berryville church. All checked OK.

1:37 a.m. -- Police responded to a 911 hangup on W. Freeman Ave. All checked OK.

3:33 a.m. -- Police responded to a report of intruders at the back door of a residence at Country Court Mobile Home Park. Subjects gone upon arrival.

10:04 a.m. -- Police responded to a traffic accident at Murray's Arcade. A report was taken.

10:57 a.m. -- Officer was dispatched to High St. concerning skateboarders in roadway. Subjects not located.

12:59 p.m. -- Police responded to a report of a subject annoying others at Wal-Mart. Issue resolved.

3:23 p.m. -- Police took a forgery and theft report.

6:20 p.m. -- Officer advised a resident on Meadowmere St. of an unsightly conditions complaint.

7:26 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to St. John's Hospital to assist with an unruly woman. Subject was medicated and calmed down and all was OK.

8:15 p.m. -- Officer initiated a check of a man lying on a picnic bench at City Park. Officer advised subject of park closing time.

9:18 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Hwy. 21 South at Magnolia Dr. concerning kids riding in the street. Kids were gone upon arrival.

11:18 p.m. -- Officer initiated a check of the middle school and found an open door. Officer checked buildings and secured the door.

Aug. 17

12:20 a.m. -- Police responded to a loud music complaint on E. Church St. Subject turned down the music upon request.

2:35 a.m. -- Officer was dispatched to High St. concerning a opossum in house on callers bed. The opossum was caught and turned loose.

5:03 a.m. -- Police responded to an alarm at Burger King. All checked OK.

11:29 a.m. -- Officer spoke to a depressed subject. The subject was referred to Ozark Guidance Counsel.

12:24 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to the municipal court parking lot to check on illegal parking.

3:22 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Locust Heights Apartments to take a report on stolen medications.

11:52 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Wal-Mart to see subject with proof of insurance. Documents were in order.

Aug. 18

12:45 a.m. -- Officer initiated a check of a parked unoccupied vehicle at Berryville High School.

12:54 a.m. -- Officer located a minor out past curfew at Country Court Mobile Home Park. Subject was sent home.

4:59 a.m. -- Officer was dispatched to E. Freeman Ave. to mediate a fight involving teens.

11:34 a.m. -- Officer was dispatched to E. Freeman Ave. on a welfare concern. Residence checked but subject was not there.

2:15 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Freeman St. concerning subject having a problem with renters. Contact made.

4:15 p.m. -- Police responded to a report of suspicious people at Mike's Paint. A report was taken.

8:50 p.m. -- Officer initiated a traffic stop in the Burger King parking lot which led to subject arrested on Carroll County Sheriff's Office felony warrant.

Aug. 19

12:15 a.m. -- Police were dispatched to Country Court Mobile Home Park on a report of a possible prowler and noises heard. Officer found an armadillo browsing around.

9:29 a.m. -- Police provided fingerprint service.

9:42 a.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Exxon concerning an irate customer. Officer mediated and issued resolved.

2:24 p.m. -- Police provided civil standby on Freeman Ave.

10:20 p.m. -- Officer was dispatched to Fancher Ave. concerning an open shop door. Officer searched building and all was OK.s
