EDNA DAVIS, 86, of Huntsville, died Aug. 13, 2005, at the North Hills Life Care and Rehab Center in Fayetteville.
She was born Nov. 1, 1918, at Japton, Ark., the daughter of Sherman and Martha Jane Watkins Sisemore. She had retired from Huntsville Memorial Hospital, where she was a nursing assistant for many years.
She was a member of the Duncan Church of Christ for 74 years. She was the widow of Claud Fay Davis, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Dwayne Davis of Berryville; one daughter, Georgia Wolfe of Farmington; one sister, Madge Boyd of Hindsville; three grandsons, Derek Davis of Fayetteville, Steve Wolf and Doug Wolf, both of Farmington; two granddaughers, Janice Wolf of Farmington and Anndee Stone of Berryville; one great-grandson, Davis Paul Stone of Berryville; and one great-granddaughter, Anna Caroline Stone of Berryville.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, Aug. 17, at the Drakes Creek Cemetery with Rev. Glen Faulkner officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville.
