January 17

2:07 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of loud music on E. Freeman St. The music was turned off.

10:55 a.m. ---- A report for under age drinking was filed at the Berryville Police Department.

1:31 p.m. ---- Police responded to a structure fire on Ada St. A report was filed.

10:13 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Cisco Rd. to assist the Carroll County Sheriff's Office with a woman refusing to leave. The woman was gone upon arrival.

January 18

2:45 p.m. ---- Officer initiated a check of an unoccupied gold Buick improperly parked at the Tourist Information Center.

10:35 p.m. ---- Police responded to an alarm at Williams Tractor. All was secure.

January 19

12:52 a.m. ---- Police responded to a 911 hang-up on Shaver St. All checked OK.

7:11 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of vandalism ---- tires had been flattened ---- on Industrial Park Rd. A report was taken.

9:23 a.m. ---- Police provided traffic control for the telephone company on the Public Square.

11:40 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of a woman with a knife in the Wal-Mart parking lot. All checked OK.

1:15 p.m. ---- Police responded to traffic accident in the Wal-Mart parking lot. A report was taken.

4:10 p.m. ---- Police responded to parking complaints at the Smalley-Carroll House Apartments. Officer visited with individuals.

4:26 p.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of kids playing in burned-out house. Officer spoke with kids and sent them home.

9:29 p.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of loud music on U.S.62 Spur near Craig St. The area was checked and unable to locate the loud music.

9:36 p.m. ---- Police responded to a report of a possible prowler on Pritchard St. The area was checked and no one was located.

January 20

10:03 a.m. ---- Police responded to a traffic accident at Wal-Mart. A report was taken.

10:39 a.m. ---- Police provided escort and traffic control for a funeral from Nelson's to Berryville Cemetery.

1:45 p.m. ---- Police responded to a harassment complaint at the Carroll County Learning Center. A report was taken.

2:14 p.m. ---- Officer initiated contact with a subject yelling in the Public Square. All was OK.

2:45 p.m. ---- Officer took a report on an altercation which occurred earlier on S. Main St.

3:10 p.m. ---- A report was taken at the Berryville Police Department on theft of property.

4:15 p.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of a parking problem on Smalley St. No parking problem found.

5:19 p.m. ---- Police assisted a motorist in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

6:25 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Church St. to assist St. John's EMT's with a medical emergency.

January 21

12:10 a.m. ---- Police responded to a report that someone was inside St. John's Clinic. Officer check and found the cleaning personnel. All was OK.

1:15 a.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of vandalism to vehicle on E. Freeman St. A report was taken.

1:45 a.m. ---- Officer initiated a traffic stop for an on going theft investigation for the Eureka Springs Police Department. Officer recovered a stolen digital camera.

1:15 p.m. ---- Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at Wal-Mart. An adult male was cited into court on shoplifting.

2:23 p.m. ---- Police provided escort and traffic control for a funeral from Nelson's to Berryville Cemetery.

5:58 p.m. ---- Police provided civil stand by in a child custody exchange at the Carroll County Sheriff's Office (CCSO). All was OK.

6:13 p.m. ---- A late traffic accident report was taken at the CCSO.

7:27 p.m. ---- Police responded to a possible disturbance in the parking lot near Murphy USA. All was quiet upon arrival.

7:27 p.m. ---- Police responded to a possible fight at Wal-Mart. The fight was verbal only and all was OK.

7:35 p.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of possible vandalism on Industrial Park Rd. A report was taken.

10:23 p.m. ---- Police responded to an alarm at First National Bank at Carroll Center. The building was secure.

January 22

1:22 a.m. ---- Police responded to a possible prowler on Charles St. Officer checked but no one was found.

3:19 a.m. ---- Officer initiated a security check at the new jail construction site. All was OK.

1:28 p.m. ---- Police responded to an alarm at Community First Bank. All checked OK.

3:15 p.m. ---- Police responded to a possible altercation on Circle Drive. All checked OK.

3:25 p.m. ---- Police took a vandalism report on Martin St.

5:50 p.m. ---- Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding at Carroll House Apartments. The driver was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

9:01 p.m. ---- Police responded to an alarm at Carroll Center. All checked OK.

January 23

5:35 a.m. ---- Police responded to a loud music complaint on Ada St. The music was turned down.

5:45 p.m. ---- Police provided stand by for a child custody exchange at the CCSO. All was OK.

8:23 p.m. ---- Officer looked for an indecent exposure suspect in a brown passenger van at McDonald's.

8:45 p.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of a subject with a problem at the Sunrise Motel. Contact was made and all was OK.
