Bobcats vs. St. Paul

10-4, 19-19, 48-33, 64-51

It was a typical holiday weekend game, with players sluggish at the start. In addition, point guard Drew Ray was out with a sprained ankle, so teammates had to play out of position some to cover his absence.

"We were sluggish, a Saturday morning game on Thanksgiving break," Coach Brent Compton said. "We got in some foul trouble, and Drew was out with a sprained ankle.

"Our defense was decent, but we did a better job in the third quarter. We scored 29 points. Josh Kriesel did a nice job on offense, had 20 points, and Joey Curtis did a nice job the second half. He scored all 12 of his points that half. Jon Marley had 7 of his 9 points in the third quarter."

Scoring- BV- Kriesel- 20; Curtis- 12, 2 3s; J. Marley- 9; Geoff West- 7; Stevin Williams- 6; Doug Marley- 5; Brent Moore- 4; Gared Jennings- 1. SP- Johnson- 11; Gulledge- 10.

Lady Bobcats vs. Omaha

The Berryville girls were focused at the start and used their press to run away with the game. Coach Matt Carter rotated all his players in during the mis-match, with 11 of the 15 scoring.

Scoring- BV- Emily Bell- 15; Courtney Moore- 10, 1 3s; Mackenzie Howerton- 8; Emma Cantele- 6, 2 3s; Ivie Deweese- 6; 3's- Mahalie Armstrong, Hailey Blanchard; 2's- Alisha Johnson, Leah Stidham, Karmon Allen, Soyaka Ohata. OM- Walker- 9.
