Week of Nov. 22

November 22

1:05 p.m. -- Caller reported a possible sick or injured cat at apartment complex. Officer stated animal may have been in fight earlier and the apartment manager would handle situation.

1:10 p.m. -- Caller reported two dogs running loose on Summit. Owner had put dogs up before officer arrived.

2:02 p.m. -- Welfare check requested after a mother reported her son had not yet returned from Fayetteville. Surrounding departments notified.

9:16 p.m. -- Accident report taken on private property incident in parking lot.

9:34 p.m. -- State police requested assistance with accident scene near treatment plant.

November 23

9:53 a.m. -- Caller reported a reckless driver on Hwy. 23 North. Officer observed vehicle in town and stated they were driving okay.

2:46 p.m. -- Caller reported a box delivery truck driving on Main St. with a non-secured ramp.

4:26 p.m. -- Resident reported loud music bothering neighbors. Officer found source of music and spoke with complainant.

November 24

4:12 p.m. -- Caller reported a vehicle traveling at 20 mph below speed limit and stopping on highway for no apparent reason. Officer followed vehicle and determined subject was driving okay.

7:12 p.m. -- Caller reported a vehicle traveling at excessive rate of speed and passing other vehicles on the right.

November 25

11:30 a.m. -- Motorist reported seeing a vehicle over embankment on Hwy. 62 at Leatherwood. Officer determined vehicle was from an old accident.

1:28 p.m. -- Caller reported a red truck pulling out in front of other vehicles and also tailgating. Officer was unable to locate vehicle.

1:35 p.m. -- Officer requested to check on subject that was lighting leaves on fire with magnifying glass in parking lot. Subject advised to wait until after dark.

2:45 p.m. -- CCSO reported a gas drive off at Hwy. 62 station.

November 26

1:20 a.m. -- Officer requested at gas station in reference to kids inside that usually did not pay for food after eating.

2:17 a.m. -- Officer requested again at above mentioned business in reference to kid that stole item earlier was back.

10:07 a.m. -- Incident report taken after Parks and Recreation stated Baby Jesus had been stolen from Nativity Scene at Basin Park.

5:02 p.m. -- Officer retrieved found property at business.

5:11 p.m. -- Caller reported subjects yelling obscenities at persons passing by location. Officer unable to locate subjects.

6:42 p.m. -- Accident report taken on minor incident behind auditorium.

8 p.m. -- Resident reported illegally parked vehicles on Singleton. Vehicles were moved.

November 27

1:07 a.m. -- CCSO reported a traffic accident on North Main. An arrest was made.

1:50 a.m. -- Clerk reported disorderly guests cussing at front desk.

3:14 a.m. -- Officer responded to a possible accident on Benton St. and Midway. Caller stated there was a piece of bumper left in roadway and the Benton St. and Midway signs was bent over.

5:20 a.m. -- Officer requested for assistance in getting resident home from gas station.

10:52 p.m. -- Officer requested at lodging in reference to a large group of subjects being loud.

November 28

3:23 p.m. -- Caller reported a domestic disturbance at business. Parties were separated.

5:22 p.m. -- Officer observed a subject driving car that had been previously warned by another officer not to drive. Driver was arrested.

6:37 p.m. -- CCSO requested ESPD back up.

November 22

12:02 p.m. -- G.K. and Squad #4 responded to a female subject with high blood pressure. Patient taken to CRMC.

8:18 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a patient that had fallen. Subject taken to ESH.

9:29 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a one-vehicle accident. No transport.

November 23

10:19 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a semi-conscious male subject having chest pains. Patient taken to CRMC.

2:26 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a male subject with low blood pressure and extreme weakness. Patient taken to ESH.

November 24-25

No calls reported.

5:45 a.m. -- Squad #4 and H.I. responded to a wiring fire in structure.

November 27

4:58 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to subject that had broken her arm. Patient taken to CRMC. Third out requested.

4:58 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a female subject that had fallen. No transport.

5:59 p.m. -- G.K. and Squad #4 responded to a male subject having a possible seizure. Patient taken to ESH.

November 28

1:58 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a female subject that took extra dose of heart medication. Patient taken to area hospital.

9:32 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a male patient that had just returned home from bypass surgery and was in extreme pain. Patient taken to CRMC.
