Glenn V. Tedford

GLENN V. TEDFORD, 61, of Garfield, Ark., died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004, at NW Medical Center of Benton County.

He was born June 19, 1943, in Chickasha, Okla, to John V. Tedford and Viola Banks Tedford.

Glenn was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, gardening and cooking.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanie Tedford of the home; mother Viola Tedford of Rogers; two sons, Eric Lane Tedford of Garfield and Michael Derryberry of Prairie Grove; six daughters, Mandy Dawn Tedford of Springdale, Kimberly Renee Claridy of Prairie Grove, Rhonda Notestine of Rogers, Thea Rush of Rogers, Kris Sherry of Rogers, and Elizabeth Derryberry of Shell Knob, Mo.; two brothers, Gene Tedford and Dewayne Tedford, both of Rogers, and two sisters, Brenda Ullmann of Minden, Nev. and Fern Carter of Highfill, Ark. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004, at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, Rogers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter, 7702 W. Regional Airport Blvd., Bentonville, AR 72712.
