12:05 a.m. ---- Police were asked to be on the lookout for a possible intoxicated driver headed toward Tyson Foods from the school. Police checked but were unable to locate the suspect.
2:58 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a South Arch Avenue location to investigate a report of a woman screaming. Police checked but no one had heard the screaming.
4:45 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Hope address to investigate a 911 hang-up call.

1:21 p.m. ---- Police were asked to go to a residence near the ballfields for a welfare check. Police left a message that the resident should call a family member.

1:33 a.m. ---- Police assisted a county deputy with a traffic accident on Hwy. 62 East.
4:40 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an Ashbriar home to investigate a 911 hang-up call. The phone was faulty.
6:10 p.m. ---- Police delivered papers to city council members.
8:02 p.m. ---- Police provided a presence at a football game.
9:40 p.m. ---- Police went to the intersection of County Road 625 and Hwy. 311 to assist with a chase.
10:30 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Meadows home to investigate a 911 call. Everything was okay.
11:19 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Phillips Avenue location to investigate a report of a black Honda leaving the school at a high rate of speed. The culprit was caught.

1:25 p.m. Oct. 5 ---- The GFFD responded to a one vehicle traffic accident on CR 601. No transport was required.
12:09 p.m. Oct. 6 ---- The GFFD responded to a grass fire on CR 8041.
