Oct. 4

7:33 a.m. ---- Police responded to an alarm at First Federal. All checked out OK.

10:58 a.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of parking violations on E. Church St. Police noted vehicles and promised to check back in two hours.

2:10 p.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of parking violations at Hanby Lumber Co. Officer spoke with driver about moving vehicle in two hours.

4:57 p.m. ---- Police responded to a traffic accident at Hong Kong Inn. A report was taken.

5:58 p.m. ---- Police performed a security escort from Carroll County Tax Collector to the bank.

7:52 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to US 62 at Sonic for a two vehicle traffic accident. There were no injuries and a report was taken.

9:20 p.m. ---- Police responded to Price Cutter regarding a juvenile shoplifting. The suspect was cited into court and released to parent.

9:47 p.m. ---- Caller reported a prowler on Eureka St. Police checked and found no one.

10:25 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Duke St. concerning a 911 call. Police found only a verbal argument.

Oct. 5

6:30 a.m. ---- Caller reported a prowler on Del Norte. Police checked area and there was negative contact.

3:15 p.m. ---- Police arrested a subject at Exxon on a forgery warrant.

4:07 p.m. ---- Caller reported unsupervised kids playing behind Garner's Drive-In. Police checked but did not find kids.

4:28 p.m. ---- Police went to 785 US 62 E to recover stolen property.

4:34 p.m. ---- Traffic stop on US 62 W for no vehicle license and careless driving led to a DWI arrest.

6:11 p.m. ---- Police responded to S. Main concerning found checks. A report was taken.

7:40 p.m. ---- A child was reported missing on N. Main. Police made contact and found that child was just running late.

11:35 p.m. ---- Complaint of a suspicious subject on Craig St. and extra patrol was requested.

Oct. 6

2:10 a.m. ---- Police responded to a possible disturbance in the Wal-Mart parking lot. All parties were gone upon arrival.

7:00 a.m. ---- Police responded to an alarm at 1st National Bank of Berryville. All checked out OK.

9:04 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of a shoplifter at Price Cutter. The female subject was cited into court.

10:30 a.m. ---- A report was taken on a missing person.

10:49 a.m. ---- A stalking complaint and report was taken.

6:50 p.m. ---- Police found girls trying to retrieve a ball in George's Pond. The girls were advised to stay out of the water.

Oct. 7

9:20 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of burning trash on N. Springfield. The subject was advised of the burning ban.

9:40 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to St. John's to assist a motorist. The motorist was not there and apparently all was OK.

7:14 p.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of a possible DWI traveling US 62 from Eureka Springs. Police monitored traffic but the vehicle never showed.

9:04 p.m. ---- Police responded to a medical emergency on Jackson St. Police assisted EMS loading the patient.

Oct. 8

12:58 a.m. ---- Police repsonded to a complaint of subjects causing problems at 412 Edwards. Subjects were gone upon arrival.

1:25 a.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of loud music at Country Court. The music was turned down.

9:28 a.m. ---- Police picked up new city maps at 911 Mapping Office and went over any questions they had.

1:40 p.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of a gas drive off at Murphy USA. The area was checked for the suspect vehicle but was not found.

2:20 p.m. ---- A welfare concern was reported. The county matter was referred to CCSO (Carroll County Sheriff's Office).

2:45 p.m. ---- Police did a vin verification and completed required report.

11:19 p.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of subjects refusing to leave thefront of an arcade located on the public square. Subjects left upon officers arrival.

Oct. 9

8:07 a.m. ---- Police responded to a breaking and entering on Mountain St. A report was taken.

5:30 p.m. ---- Police responded to a traffic accident and a report was taken on Dawn St.

9:30 p.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of theft of property on Maple St. A report was taken.

Oct. 10

12:39 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of possible domestic disturbance at Tyson's. The subject was arrested for DWI.

4:41 a.m. ---- Police responded to a complaint of a barking dog on Cedarvale. The owner took the dog inside.

11:45 a.m. ---- Police responded to a medical emergency and assisted EMS at North Side Missionary Baptist Church.

12:05 p.m. ---- Police responded to a medical emergency at Locust Heights Apartments.

12:15 p.m. ---- Police responded to a two vehicle traffic accident on S. Main. A report was taken and one driver was ticketed for no insurance and driving left of center.

3:41 p.m. ---- Police responded to complaint of theft of a lawn mower at the Shamrock Motel. A report was taken.

4:39 p.m. ---- Police responded to a car fire on Hwy 221 N, north of Wilson Drive. Police assisted the fire department with traffic control.

5:14 p.m. ---- Police responded to complain of a stalled vehicle on US 62 at Auto Zone. The vehicle started and was moved.

10:18 p.m. ---- Police responded to a car alarm going off at Car Mart. All checked and appeared to be OK.
