Crystal Mendez

CRYSTAL MENDEZ, a resident of Harrison, was born Feb. 28, 1977, in Hayward, Calif., a daughter of Danny and Pamela (Little) Smith. She died Sunday, May 31, 2004 in Harrison at the age of 27.

Crystal was a former employee of Tyson Foods.

On Sept. 27, 1999, she was united in marriage with Victor Mendez, who survives her. She is also survived by two sons, Daniel Little and Jeremy Mendez both of the home; her father, Danny Smith of Indiana, her mother, Pamela (Little) Pimentel of Golden, Mo.; her grandparents, Carl and Esther Little of Kimberling City, Mo.; two brothers, James Timmons of Green Forest and Jimmy Lee Thompson of Golden; a sister, Julie Thompson of Golden; several uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends.

Memorial funeral services were held Thursday, June 3, 2004, at the Nelson Chapel in Green Forest with Rev. David Hanshaw officiating. Arrangements were by Nelson Funeral Service. Online condolences may be sent to the family at nelsonfuneral.com.
