The Academy of Excellence of Faith Christian Family Church of Eureka Springs will hold its second annual Spring Golf Tournament on Friday, May 21, at the Holiday Island 18-hole golf course. The event will be a four-person scramble with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Entry fee is $50, which includes a cart fee and lunch. Single golfers are welcome and will be placed on a team.

This year's tournament will have a $1 million hole-in-one shoot-out and a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado regular cab 4x4 pickup for a hole-in-one on Hole 17, donated by Davis-Barr Chevrolet in Berryville.

Other prizes will be awarded for men's and ladies' longest drives and closest to the pin, as well as gift certificates for the top three teams in two flights.

For those who can't golf but would like to be a sponsor, can participate in four sponsor levels: $500 Platinum, which includes four paid greens fees to the tournament; $200 Gold; $100 Silver; and $50 Bronze. All sponsors will be recognized on the day of the tournament, and all proceeds will go the Academy of Excellence School.
