1:10 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the Exxon station to assist a motorist who had locked their keys in their car. Police provided transport to a city location where spare keys were kept.
4:02 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a South Springfield Street home to investigate a domestic disturbance complaint.
4:15 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 311 location after a resident reported seeing a female walking and screaming. Police and a county deputy checked the area and talked with the reporting resident but no one was found.
4:50 a.m. ---- Police checked a vehicle parked behind a bank and determined that it belonged to a bank employee.
8:30 p.m. ---- Police were involved in a sobriety check point campaign.
1:30 a.m. ---- Police assisted county deputies with a domestic disturbance at a Douglas Road residence.
4:50 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Tanner Trailer Park residence to investigate a loud music complaint. The music was turned down.
4:50 p.m. ---- Police provided assistance at a structure fire on Walnut Street.
1:40 a.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail who was wanted on multiple warrants.
7:24 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an M&S apartment to speak to a resident about a stolen vehicle that had been involved in a DWI traffic accident earlier in the morning. The resident, who knew the driver of the vehicle, indicated they wouldn't press charges.
10:35 a.m., Dec. 30 ---- The GFFD responded to a medical emergency on Hickman Lane.
7:15 p.m., Jan. 1 ---- The GFFD responded to a traffic accident near Powell's One Stop. One person was transported to an area hospital.
4:30 p.m., Jan 2 ---- The GFFD responded to a structure fire at a rental house at the intersection of White and Walnut streets. The fire, electrical in nature, was confined to one room.

11:11 a.m., Jan. 4 ---- The GFFD responded to a medical emergency on Hwy. 62 East.
