JAMES CLIFORD REAGAN, 72, of Blue Eye, Mo., died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, from injuries sustained in a two-car accident at Carr Lane, Mo.
He was born on Sept. 7, 1931, at Blue Eye, the son of Lonnie and Mamie McCarter Reagan. He was a lifelong resident of the area, was a U.S. Marine, a veteran of the Korean conflict and was a member of the McGuire Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include his three children, Darold Ray Reagan of Lampe, Mo., Harold Dexter Reagan of Cassville, Mo., and Sharon Fay Jones of Blue Eye; his companion, Pearl Reece of the home; one brother, Danny Reagan of Springfield, Mo.; three sisters, Patricia Newman of Blue Eye, Thelma Wyatt of Blue Eye, and Virginia Matlock of Tulsa; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003, in the Christ Tabernacle in Blue Eye with Rev. Freddy Blevins and Rev. John Shields officiating. Burial with military honors was in the Blue Eye Cemetery under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home of Branson.
