1:10 p.m. ---- Motorist assist near Post Office.

3:55 p.m. ---- Alarm at Sonic. All secure.

5:20 p.m. ---- Accident, non-injury, reported in front of Ozark Cafe.

5:45 p.m. Medical assist on Bunch Springs Road.

9:29 p.m. ---- Unwanted person at Magnolia Village agreed to leave.

December 5

12:18 a.m. ---- Security check at Community Center. Vehicle near soccer field checked and logged.

9:48 a.m. ---- Alarm at First National Bank of Berryville branch. All secure.

11:03 a.m. ---- Child abuse case referred to sheriff's office.

4:50 p.m. ---- Speeders reported coming toward town on Highway 221 North. Checked area, no one located.

7:30 p.m. ---- Suspicious person reported at Movie Gallery. Officer checked, all OK.

8:20 p.m. ---- Suspicious person reported back at Movie Gallery. Officer checked, found it to be civil matter.

9 p.m. ---- Loiterers at Kwik Kar advised to move on.

December 6

4:13 p.m. ---- Vehicle accident investigated at Wal-Mart.

6:15 p.m. ---- Theft of bike reported on Potter Street. Unfounded, bike was in back yard.

7:56 p.m. ---- Recovered stolen property was returned on North Main.

December 7

1:04 a.m. ---- Report of gunshot in Champion Hills area. Nothing located.

2:12 a.m. ---- Man reported walking in road around Public Square. Man went home.

2:51 a.m. ---- Loud music on Gibson ordered turned down.

1:38 p.m. ---- Vehicle accident, rollover on Highway 62 near George's gas. Driver cited for reckless driving and no license.

5:10 p.m. ---- Domestic disturbance on Eureka Street. Verbal only.

5:18 p.m. ---- Two-vehicle accident reported at Bunch and Eureka. One driver arrested for DWI.

6:33 p.m. ---- Possible shoplifters reported at Movie Gallery. No evidence of crime.

9:55 p.m. ---- Report of gunshots near Nelson Drive. One person charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and discharging a weapon in city limits.
