December 1

2:15 p.m.-- Subject turned self in during warrant amnesty program. Subject was booked and released.

3:25 p.m.-- Incident report taken after complainant reported the loss or theft of her cell phone.

4:06 p.m.-- Offense report taken on vandalism to car on Armstrong.

December 2

9:24 a.m.-- Animal control officer requested for a small dog running loose. Other parties had reported a Basset Hound in area.

10 a.m.-- Caller reported a subject in pickup took rocks from shop and left without paying. Subject returned and settled with owner.

5:47 p.m.-- Caller reported a subject driving a black Honda Accord was forcing other vehicles off the road.

7:50 p.m.-- Officer requested for welfare concern.

December 3

7:41 a.m.-- Officer requested to check residence concerning an abandoned 911 call. All okay.

8:39 a.m.-- Offense report taken after subject wanted to report his vehicle stolen. Vehicle was found abandoned on Hwy. 23 South and taken to PD for processing.

11:15 a.m.-- Traffic control requested for large funeral procession.

11:40 a.m.-- Incident report taken on cones that had been stolen.

11:20 p.m.-- Officer assisted CCSO with an arrest of subject in a domestic dispute.

December 4

1:35 a.m.-- Complainant reported a white pick-up had run into a gas main on Spring St. and left scene. Subject found and arrested.

4:19 p.m.-- Caller reported a subject driving erratically on Hwy. 62 West. Officer spoke with driver.

December 5

4:18 p.m.-- Officer responded to a report of unopened mail found in a dumpster.

4:50 p.m.-- Officer requested for traffic control due to floats for parade.

10:23 p.m.-- Officer requested in reference to suspicious activity at inn.

11:24 p.m.-- Incident report taken after officer removed subject from unoccupied building that was staying there without permission.

December 6

12:20 a.m.-- Officers requested to remove male subject that was refusing to leave business. Subject was escorted off grounds.

1:01 a.m.-- Subject from previous call was witnessed by officers at above mentioned business. Subject arrested for public intoxication.

2:54 p.m.-- Accident report taken on non-injury incident.

3:27 p.m.-- Citation issued to driver of pickup seen doing "donuts" in parking lot.

6:31 p.m.-- Transit office requested assistance with traffic control.

6:57 p.m.-- Officer requested to check hotel room.

7:58 p.m.-- Caller reported juveniles in dark colored car traveling at a high rated of speed and honking at tourists on Spring St.

10:12 p.m.-- Accident report taken on non-injury incident.

10:53 p.m.-- Caller reported subjects causing problems at hotel. Subjects gone upon arrival.

December 7

10:57 a.m.-- Incident report taken after deer broke motel window and expired in room.

1:52 p.m.-- Officer requested to retrieve purse left at restaurant.

8:53 p.m.-- Officer requested to assist fire department after a fire in bathroom vent was reported at manor.

December 2

11:37 a.m.-- Engine #1 responded to a car on fire in parking lot.

1:45 p.m.-- Squad #3 responded to a male subject having possible cardiac. Patient taken to ESH.

10:22 p.m.-- Squad #4 requested on a welfare check. Patient taken to CRMC.

December 3

1:01 a.m.-- Squad #3 responded to an unconscious male subject that had open heart surgery four weeks ago. Air Evac notified but could not fly. Patient taken to ESH.

December 4

1:34 a.m.-- Engine #1 and Squad #4 responded to a gas main that had been hit by truck. Gas shut off.

1:45 a.m.-- Squad #4 requested to check on driver of truck that had hit above mentioned gas main.

4:13 p.m.-- H.I. and Squad #3 responded to an elderly female that had fallen. Patient taken to ESH.

December 6

5:04 a.m.-- Squad #3 responded to complainant with chest pains.

6:48 p.m.-- Squad #3 responded to a subject that had fallen, became lodged between objects and was unconscious. Patient taken to St. John's-Berryville.

December 7

9:28 a.m.-- Squad #4 responded to a patient that had fallen, had high fever and was disoriented. Patient taken to ESH.

8:53 p.m.-- Engine #1 and Squad #3 responded to a bathroom fire at manor.
