July 27

10:35 p.m. ---- Police went to an Eastgate apartment, served a warrant and transported a subject to jail.

July 28

5:28 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Tulip Court home to investigate a stolen gun complaint. A report was filed and an investigation initiated.

7:15 p.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail who was wanted on a warrant.

July 29

5:20 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 62 West location to be on the lookout for a possible intoxicated motorist headed towards town. The suspect was apprehended, tested for intoxicants and transported to jail.

8:15 p.m. ---- Police responded to a citizen report of a vehicle hitting a gas meter on County Road 906.

11 p.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail on DWI charges.

August 1

7:33 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a West Third Street apartment to investigate a stolen handicapped tag complaint.

9:12 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Sparky Court location to investigate a loud music complaint.

August 2

1:25 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the Exxon station to work a two-vehicle traffic accident with no personal injuries. A van had backed into a car.

5:07 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a West Third Street location to assist an EMT with a situation.

5:15 p.m. ---- A subject was transported to jail.

7:15 p.m. ---- Police returned to the Third Street home for a follow-up investigation.

August 3

7:50 a.m. ---- Police provided standby at a city location while a former resident retrieved a baby from the home. Police talked to everyone involved. Everything was okay.

8:37 p.m., July 29 ---- The GFFD responded to a car vs gas meter situation on County Road 906.

2:50 p.m., Aug. 2 ---- The GFFD responded to a medical emergency on CR 840.

8:35 a.m., Aug. 3 ---- The GFFD responded to a traffic accident on South Springfield Street.

9:17 p.m., July 30 ---- The OGFD responded to a one-vehicle traffic accident on Hwy. 21 North, near the A&A Orchard. One person was transported to the hospital.

6 p.m., July 31 ---- The OGFD responded to a trash fire on Hwy. 21 North, in city limits.

11:30 p.m., Aug. 3 ---- The SCCFD responded to a medical emergency on CR 526.
