July 28

8:24 a.m. -- Black Nissan truck reported passing on yellow on Hwy. 23 North heading towards town.

10:46 a.m. -- Accident report taken on a private property incident.

11:13 a.m. -- Caller reported a subject in a maroon Dodge Intrepid was peddling perfume to local business.

5:11 p.m. -- Accident report taken on private property incident.

July 29

1:26 a.m. -- Routine traffic stop resulted in driver being arrested for DWI.

2:22 a.m. -- Incident report taken on abandoned 911 call on Eureka St. Officer reported hearing a disturbance in progress upon arrival. No charges were filed.

8:10 a.m. -- Officer responded to a pickup truck possibly hung up on island on top of Planer Hill. Truck gone upon arrival.

11:24 a.m. -- Incident report taken on purse found at construction site.

12:31 p.m. -- Caller reported subject had nailed signs to trees at business. Subject ordered to take down signs per city ordinance.

1:25 p.m. -- Offense report taken on theft of items from hotel.

1:51 p.m. -- Accident report taken from incident that had happened the day before.

3:05 p.m. -- Offense report taken on kiting downtown.

July 30

1:33 p.m. -- Incident report taken on shoplifters at candle factory.

5 p.m. -- Welfare check requested on subject on Ridgeway.

July 31

7:47 a.m. -- Officer requested to speak with truck owner parked on Mountain. Truck moved.

9:01 a.m. -- Officer contacted owner of illegally parked vehicle. Vehicle moved.

9:31 a.m. -- Incident report taken on theft of extinguisher from bus barn.

9:59 a.m. -- Incident report taken on vandalism done to Basin Park fountain.

10:05 a.m. -- Officer spoke with foreman after caller reported a crane on Bridge St. with no warning signs.

12:10 p.m. -- Officer advised semi truck driver to move vehicle.

12:46 p.m. -- Incident report taken on subjects that destroyed items in room and were still on premises.

5:40 p.m. -- Officer requested in reference to a problem with motel reservation. Subject refused to stay at motel because of large dog in lobby and did not want to be charged.

7:24 p.m. -- Accident report taken on leaving the scene incident at Spring and Mountain.

9:38 p.m. -- Officer requested in reference to possible altercation at inn. Situation resolved.

10:29 p.m. -- Incident report taken on minor with false ID in saloon.

Aug. 1

12:43 a.m. -- Routine traffic stop on Rockhouse Road resulted in juvenile driver transported to PD and cited for no driver's license, insurance or vehicle license.

1:50 a.m. -- One subject arrested for valid warrant out of Berryville.

1:31 p.m. -- Incident report taken on two-vehicle accident.

3:33 p.m. -- Disturbance at motel reported.

5:02 p.m. -- Welfare check requested on dog tied to short leash with a possible wound. Dog found in good condition.

6:29 p.m. -- Caller wanted to issue a complaint about subject that drives at high rate of speed on Wall St.

6:29 p.m. -- Suspicious two-party check received at liquor store.

9:52 p.m. -- Officers requested in reference to two male subjects that would not leave business. Both subjects later arrested.

11:02 p.m. -- Accident report taken on incident in parking lot.

Aug. 2

1:31 a.m. -- Fight reported at local bar involving multiple subjects. Officers dispersed crowd.

7:34 a.m. -- Caller reported finding a .22 caliber rifle in greenbelt area on South Main.

4:30 p.m. -- Incident report taken after items were taken from home.

4:53 p.m. -- Officer requested in reference to subject threatening suicide. Threat was made during argument, subject escorted to another residence.

6:47 p.m. -- Incident report taken on fight in progress at hotel.

7:11 p.m. -- Officer requested in reference to subjects that would not leave store.

7:44 p.m. -- Officer requested in reference to domestic disturbance.

8:02 p.m. -- Officer responded to a report of a fight in progress at manor.

9:43 p.m. -- Two subjects arrested, one DWI, one felony arrest, after the vehicle they were in was found driving extremely erratic.

10:19 p.m. -- Traffic stop resulted in warrant arrest.

10:47 p.m. -- Caller reported having problems with her son.

11:25 p.m. -- Incident report taken on domestic disturbance at motel.

August 3

12:58 p.m. -- Two male subjects in newer white Dodge pickup reported driving fast on Spring St. Subjects stopped and warned.

2:05 p.m. -- Accident report taken on two-vehicle incident with injuries.

3:52 p.m. -- Caller reported two dogs in maroon van had been in vehicle more than two hours. Officer reported dogs too vicious for officer to remove.

Aug. 4

12:17 a.m. -- Officer requested for information on solving problems with juvenile daughter.

July 28

2 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a subject on floor unable to move. No pickup.

7:23 p.m. -- ESH requested transfer of patient with head injury to WRMC.

9:21 p.m. -- G.K. and Squad #3 responded to a male subject having chest pains with a history of heart problems. Patient taken to ESH.

July 29

3:42 a.m. -- Squad #4 responded to an elderly female subject having trouble breathing and has history of heart problems. Patient taken to ESH.

3:37 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a female subject in electric wheelchair that fell from top of Planer Hill. Patient taken to area hospital.

July 31

6:31 a.m. -- CCSO requested Squad #3 for minor accident with injuries in Berryville. Patient taken to CRMC.

10:25 a.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a female subject that had fainted. Subject refused transport.

3:49 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a male subject feeling weak and had been outside all day.

4 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a male subject that had a stroke. Family took subject to hospital.

Aug. 1

5:12 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a male subject that had heart surgery and had fallen. Patient taken to ESH.

6:30 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #3 responded to female subject that had fallen.

9:56 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a male subject that had possibly overdosed on hydrocodone. Patient taken to ESH.

4:02 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a subject that had sustained burns to hands and had been beaten and dragged. Air-Evac transported.

Aug. 2

10:43 a.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a subject on Passion Play Road with injuries. Patient taken to CRMC.

1:37 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a female patient with heart problems. Patient taken to WRMC.

4:53 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to female subject threatening suicide.

5:46 p.m. -- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a female subject that had fallen. Patient taken to ESH.

7:06 p.m. -- Squad #3 and G.K. responded to a male subject with possible broken chest bone.

11:25 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a female subject with unknown injuries. No pickup.

2:05 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a two-vehicle accident. Patients taken to CRMC.
