EVERT DONALDSON, a resident of Stone County, Mo. was born February 14, 1917 in Stone County a son of Floyd Worth and Mary Matilda (Corbin) Donaldson. He died Tuesday, July 1, 2003 in Berryville, at the age of 86.

Mr. Donaldson was a beef cattle farmer and attended the Living Faith Church north of Berryville.

On February 3, 1945 he was united in marriage with Berniece (Marshall) Donaldson who survives him. He is also survived by three daughters, Donna Wallace of Shell Knob, Mo., Brenda and her husband Sam Barr of Berryville and Vickie Jane and her husband Randall Smith of Berryville; a son, Donald Gene and his wife Tammy Mae Donaldson of Berryville; a brother, Alfred Donaldson of Shell Knob, Mo.; nine grandchildren, Alesha Finch of Shell Knob, Amanda Donaldson of Harrison, Jennifer Dees of Peel, Jeremy Don Donaldson of Fayetteville, Tabitha May Donaldson, Whitney Barr, Santana Barr, Michelle Smith and Elijah Smith all of Berryville; five great-grandchildren, Cody Finch, Colton Finch, and Caden Finch all of Shell Knob, and Evan Dees and Calab Dees of Peel; several other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Grace Elliott, Bessie Bonham, and Bertha Wise and two brothers, Frank Donaldson and Johnny Donaldson.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 5, 2003 at the Living Faith Church north of Berryville with Rev. David Keith and Pastor David Donaldson officiating. Interment followed in the Marshall Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service. Memorial donations may be made to the Living Faith Church.
