June 19

6 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Rose Court location to investigate a report of someone drinking in the street. The subject was gone when police arrived.

9 p.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail who was wanted on a warrant.

June 20

7:36 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a South Springfield Street location to investigate a report of slashed tires.

9 p.m. ---- Police were flagged down by a domestic violence victim at the corner of Ninth and Phillips streets. Police went to a South Arch Street home to look for the suspect. An arrest was made once the subject was found on Tenth Street. The subject was charged with third degree felony battery because of a previous conviction.

10:28 p.m. ---- Police provided a foot patrol at the city park.

June 21

2:55 a.m. ---- Police responded to a one vehicle traffic accident near the Mattox House restaurant.

June 23

6:35 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Scott Street location to investigate a report of a fight. Kids were arguing.

8:10 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Hwy. 62 West location to investigate a report of an intoxicated person. The subject was located and transported to jail.

11:10 p.m. ---- Police checked an abandoned vehicle at a Hwy. 62 business. Everything was okay.

June 24

8:05 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Tharp Street location to investigate a fireworks complaint.

9:45 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a County Road 739 location to assist county deputies with a possible domestic disturbance.

June 25

12:41 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Tharp Street home to investigate a report of people yelling. The situation was resolved.

1:42 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched back to Tharp Street for follow-up.

7:50 p.m. ---- Police were at the police department for a child custody matter.

8 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the city park to investigate a report of vandalism in progress. The suspects were gone when police arrived. No damage was found.

9:50 p.m. ---- Police assisted county and state authorities with a one vehicle traffic accident.

10:50 p.m. ---- Police provided a foot patrol at Brew and Cue tavern.

June 26

4:30 p.m. ---- Police and the drug dog assisted state officials.

Police also assisted Berryville officers with a vehicle pursuit and manhunt on Cisco Road, went to a North Springfield Street home because an intoxicated individual was causing a disturbance, and went to a Gregory Street residence to investigate a suspicious person report.

June 27

12:20 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the Tanner Trailer Park because someone was allegedly breaking windows.

1:50 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Walnut Street home because subjects were drinking. Police advised the people to go inside and turn the music down.

6:25 a.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail following a traffic stop.

8:35 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a location east of town because a young child was reportedly near the highway unattended. Police checked the area. No child was found.

10:21 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an East Main Street location to take a theft of property report.

11:25 p.m. ---- Police went to an East Main Street residence to serve a warrant. No contact was made.

11:31 p.m. ---- Police provided a bar walk at the Brew and Cue tavern.

June 28

10:05 p.m. ---- Police reported that they found a girls purse at the city park.

June 29

6:35 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Phillips Street location for an undisclosed reason.

7:32 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the intersection of Walnut and White streets to investigate a loud music complaint.

9:35 p.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail following a traffic stop.

9:54 p.m. ---- Police provided a breathalyzer test to a subject brought in by a county deputy.

June 30

12:15 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Tanner Trailer Park to provide assistance to county deputies who were investigating a report of a party. The party-goers dispersed when police arrived.

1:35 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Cherry Street location to investigate a barking dog complaint. A dog was barking at people walking past the home and quieted upon the owner's command.

7:58 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Automatic Castings to investigate a report of a break-in. Apparently, nothing was taken.

9:55 p.m., June 25 ---- The GFFD responded to a traffic accident on Hwy. 62 East.
