February 17

9:30 a.m. -- Caller reported dump truck at top of Planer Hill was blocking view of oncoming traffic. Vehicle was to be moved.

9:54 a.m. -- Residents on Pivot Rock Road reported neighbors had left trash out for several weeks. Officer spoke with elderly gentleman who lived there and he told officers he would arrange to have his daughter move, as he was unable to physically do it himself.

10:23 a.m. -- Alarm at auditorium sounded. Officer reported a contractor was inside.

1:05 p.m. -- Minor traffic accident reported in front of office supply store. Accident report taken.

2:01 p.m. -- CCSO reported that alarm company had reported a general alarm at Deer Lane residence. Officer checked residence and it appeared okay.

5:17 p.m. -- Caller on Wall St. complained of a dog being a nuisance. Officer spoke with dog owner and he said he would try to keep the dog in the house.

7:12 p.m. -- Caller reported a reckless driver in a black sports car on Hwy. 62 West. Officer spoke with driver. No report required.

February 18

7:43 a.m. -- Ticket given to driver of a green SUV that had passed a school bus with lights on at middle school.

8:16 a.m. -- City Hall employee reported pay station 1 not working.

8:21 a.m. -- Alarm at auditorium sounded. Contractor inside.

1:59 p.m. -- Caller reported a gold Crown Vic with tinted windows and Missouri tags driving recklessly on Hwy. 62 West.

2:30 p.m. -- Funeral escort requested from Nelson's to Hwy. 23 South.

6:41 p.m. -- Caller at restaurant reported an aggravated assault. Subject was arrested and vehicle was towed to automotive shop.

February 19

7:22 a.m. -- Caller on Shelton reported same dog running loose again.

8:06 a.m. -- Officer requested in reference to an attempted break-in to storage shed at construction site.

1 p.m. -- Accident report taken on a minor traffic incident in police department parking lot.

5:29 p.m. -- Caller on Wall St. reported vehicles speeding on street at all hours. Extra patrol logged for that area.

10:19 p.m. -- Officer reported an open door at rear of auditorium. Key holder secured building.

11:08 p.m. -- Officer reported a gas spill at Pine Mountain Jamboree from a small crane. Fire department responded for clean up. Incident report taken.

February 20

1:49 a.m. -- Caller requested an officer in reference to a problem with male subject at business.

1:48 p.m. -- Retirement center reported a elderly gentleman with a cane had walked off premises. Officer spotted person at hotel and escorted him back to center.

2:25 p.m. -- Caller reported an ex-employee had not brought back keys to store.

3:08 p.m. -- Restaurant employee reported a strong odor of truck fumes throughout restaurant. Officer spoke with driver and he said he would make other arrangements with truck to alleviate the problem.

4:03 p.m. -- Caller reported a subject in grey BMW convertible with a displayed American flag and fish symbol was seen throwing a whiskey bottle from vehicle at stone wall and shattered bottle.

5 p.m. -- Caller asked officer to standby while property was returned to business.

7:49 p.m. -- Anonymous caller reported a reckless driver on Hwy. 23 South to Thomas Drive.

February 21

6:38 a.m. -- Driver reported a semi driving on the wrong side of the road. License number given. Officer found semi truck and driver informed him he was lost and unfamiliar with out roads. Officer gave him directions and escorted him off the loop.

11:14 a.m. -- Caller reported a chocolate lab running loose in traffic. Owner notified to pick up dog.

11:20 a.m. -- Caller requested police standby at business while daughter collected check.

12:28 p.m. -- Resident on Ridgeway reported a red Chevy truck speeding down road. Driver advised of speed limit.

2:28 p.m. -- Incident report taken on harassing phone calls at gas station.

4:53 p.m. -- Officer picked up found property at business on Spring St.

8:30 p.m. -- Caller at inn requested to speak with officer in reference to incident.

10:18 p.m. -- Officer made traffic stop which resulted in an arrest.

11:28 p.m. -- Gas station attendant reported gas drive-off.

February 22

1:51 a.m. -- Caller on Pine St. reported a subject who was out of town for a week reported his house had been burglarized. Incident report taken.

8:18 a.m. -- Incident report taken on vandalism to Owen St. residence.

11:23 a.m. -- Business on Spring St. reported a stray Beagle. Owner picked up dog.

12:45 p.m. -- Complainant reported an older model Honda Prelude driving at an excessive speed on Hwy. 62.

2:25 p.m. -- Incident report taken on a customer that tried to use a stolen credit card at inn. Card recovered.

8:42 p.m. -- Driver reported a dead deer on Hwy. 23 South. Deer removed.

10:58 p.m. -- Caller reported a driver in truck possibly tampering with street sign. Officer spoke with subjects and no damage to signs found and subject told to leave area.

February 23

4:38 a.m. -- Officer located open door while on patrol and discovered signs of force entry at motel. Incident report taken.

11:26 a.m. -- Semi-truck stuck on Hwy. 62 and was blocking traffic. Truck was trying to get chains on.

February 24

6:38 a.m. -- Incident report taken on a break-in of inn office on East Van Buren.

4:38 p.m. -- Complainant reported juveniles on go carts and four-wheelers playing in the street on Frontage Road. Subjects warned.

9 p.m. -- Caller on Hayes reported kids sledding on street. Officer found no activity.

February 25

2:50 p.m. -- Officer requested to provide traffic control while wrecker extracted vehicles from ditch on Hwy. 23 South.

4:21 p.m. -- Traffic control requested at the bottom of Magnetic. Road closed sign put at bottom of hill.

4:27 p.m. -- Resident on Owen St. requested officer in reference to further information on earlier vandalism incident.

9:34 p.m. -- Welfare check requested on Pivot Rock Road residence. All 10-4.

9:36 p.m. -- Incident report taken a suspicious person matching a BOLO description. Subject arrested on CCSO warrant.

February 26

12:02 p.m. -- Doctor requested officer pick up prescription for patient unable to get out.

3:34 p.m. -- Caller on Summit requested officer in reference to vehicles that frequently parked in front of residence and blocked lane of traffic.

4:40 p.m. -- Officer requested for report in reference to earlier incident at Pine St. residence.

February 27

7:20 a.m. -- Officer requested to assist moving van trying to get to hotel.

February 28

8:15 a.m. -- Officer responded to request from construction crew to removal of a dog they were having problems with. Dog's owner said dog was leaving country.

5:39 p.m. -- Caller on Owen St. reported loose dog that had almost attacked delivery person.

March 1

12:13 a.m. -- Male subject arrested at apartment complex on warrant.

7:17 a.m. -- Caller reported two suspicious males at construction site. Officer reported they were employees.

7:32 a.m. -- Incident report taken on a possible burglary at business.

9:40 a.m. -- Incident report taken on a burglary at restaurant on Van Buren.

1:42 p.m. -- Incident report taken on female subject that had been assaulted at apartment complex.

10:20 p.m. -- Officer made traffic stop which resulted in subject being arrested for DWI.

March 2

1:01 a.m. -- Incident report taken on fight at local saloon. Subjects stopped by officers.

11:45 a.m. -- Store employee reported two subject bought large amounts of ephendrin products. Subjects left in blue/white Geo. Vehicle license given to police.

6:04 p.m. -- Incident report taken on a complaint that several subjects were waiting in parking lot near apartments to beat up male subject.

6:04 p.m. -- Female caller reported suspicious persons in an older model Ford pickup on Stadium Road. Officer reported subjects may have been going to AA meeting.

March 3

4:13 a.m. -- Caller advised she could hear her neighbor yelling for her but was unable to check on her and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Officer reported female subject needed medical attention and EMS responded.

4:51 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a female patient experiencing tightness in chest and fluctuating blood pressure and pulse rates. Patient taken to CRMC.

7:30 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a traffic accident with injuries near Blue Bird Lodge on Hwy. 62 East. Patients taken to ESH.

February 18

7:13 a.m. -- Tanker #1, Squad #4 both assisted with a I.P. and Beaver fire units with a fully engulfed barn fire in Beaver.

2:06 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a two vehicle accident on Hwy. 23 South. I.P. #1 and Car #27 also arrived at scene to assist. Patient taken to area hospital.

February 20

7:52 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to an assistance call for subject on Ridgeway Ave.

8:13 a.m. -- Squad #4 and H.I. responded to a elderly female with dizziness and weakness. Patient taken to ESH.

8:27 a.m. -- H.I. Squad #1 responded to another person with unknown medical at same location. Patient transported to ESH.

8:56 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to an assistance call for same subject on Ridgeway Ave.

11:18 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a male subject having difficulty breathing. Patient taken to ESH.

February 21

2:14 a.m. -- Squad #4 responded to an assistance call for subject on Ridgeway Ave.

5:28 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to an assistance for same subject on Ridgeway Ave.

3:13 p.m. -- Squad #4 and H.I. responded to female subject that had gallbladder surgery that morning and was bleeding from incision. Patient taken to CRMC.

7:31 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to restaurant patron that had passed out. No pickup.

7:34 a.m. -- Squad #3 and I.P. responded to male subject that had a seizure. Patient taken to ESH.

12:14 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to an assistance call for subject on Ridgeway Ave.

8:55 a.m. -- Squad #4 responded to an assistance call for subject on Ridgeway Ave.

9:50 p.m. -- Squad #2 responded to asthmatic male subject needing oxygen. Patient taken to ESH.

8:20 a.m. -- Squad #2 responded to a fall victim needing transport to ESH.

8:26 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #4 responded to a male subject with a broken arm on Hillside.

9:30 a.m. -- Squad #2 responded to female subject with chest pains and possible heart failure. Patient taken to ESH.

3:48 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a county dump truck that had tipped over. Driver uninjured. No transport

10:21 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a female subject at assisted living center that had fallen out of bed and requested assistance.

February 27

6:22 a.m. -- Squad #4 responded to a female patient having difficulty breathing due to pneumonia and had a history of cancer. Patient taken to ESH.

February 28

7:58 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a resident that had fallen at retirement center and needed assistance.

2:18 p.m. -- Squad #4 responded to an assistance call for subject on Ridgeway Ave.

March 1

3:20 a.m. -- H.I. and Squad #3 responded to a male subject that had prostate surgery experiencing trouble urinating. Patient taken to CRMC.

9:57 a.m. -- Squad #2 responded to an assistance call for subject on Ridgeway Ave.

March 2

12:08 a.m. -- Squad #3 responded to teenage female that had given birth recently and was having chest pains. Patient taken to ESH.

10:01 a.m. -- Squad #2 responded to male subject bleeding from his bladder.

10:19 p.m. -- Squad #3 responded to a female caller that said she had messed up her sister's diabetes shot and requested assistance.

March 3

4:22 a.m. -- Squad #2 responded to diabetic female patient that is paralyzed from the waist down having chest pains. Patient taken to area hospital.
