L. Edna Webb
L. Edna Webb, 93, of Shawnee, Okla., formerly of Berryville, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, in Shawnee.
She was born Sept. 5, 1908, in Franklin, Tenn., daughter of George Anglin and Lovie (Hammons) Anglin. She attended school in Berryville and graduated from Berryville High School.
Mrs. Webb was a homemaker. She lived in Arkansas from 1919 to 1995, and then moved to Shawnee.
Early in life, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Berryville. She was later a member of Extension Homemakers Club in the Berryville area and the Arkansas Grange in Berryville. She attended church at the Gordon Cooper Church of God in Shawnee.
On Dec. 25, 1929, in Berryville, she married Gurn Hull. After his death, she later married E.C. Webb in 1967, in Berryville. He also preceded her in death, as did her parents, and a son, Lloyd Hull.
Survivors include three daughters, Marjorie Kremeier of Okarche, Okla., Virginia Paz of Wheeling, Ill., and Carolyn Lane of Harrison; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Rada Hull of Shawnee, and Charles and Myra Hull of Gulfport Miss.; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday, Aug. 5, at Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel in Shawnee, with Anna Jantz officiating. Interment followed in Johnson Cemetery, Shawnee, under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.
