July 1

4:30 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to work a traffic accident at the intersection of Hwy. 62 and Arch Street.

5:25 p.m. ---- Police were at the police department to answer questions in a child dispute matter.

11:55 p.m. ---- Police stopped three individuals who were walking across the Tyson Foods parking lot. They were asked for identification and allowed to go on their way.

July 2

12:30 a.m. ---- Police initiated a traffic stop on a U-Haul truck, believing it might be the one that was reported stolen. It was not.

2:50 a.m. ---- Police checked the identity of a subject at the intersection of Cherry and Larimer streets. Everything was okay.

5:40 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a North Arch Street home to investigate a fireworks complaint. The occupants were issued a warning.

6:35 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an East Main Street location to investigate a fireworks complaint.

7:40 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Carroll Street home to investigate a fireworks complaint.

July 3

8:30 p.m. ----Police were dispatched to Spinzzz Casino to investigate an alarm call. Everything appeared to be okay.

10:30 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an Arch Street location to investigate a fireworks complaint.

July 4

9:01 a.m. ---- Police went to Bob's Market to follow up on an investigation.

10:20 a.m. ---- Police went to a Tanner location to follow up on an investigation.

2:50 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Bob's Market to investigate a stray dog complaint.

4:50 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the city park to investigate a report of juveniles at the soda machine. Police located four juvenile subjects. Two were transported to the police department and on to the county jail. Alleged vandalism prompted the charge of criminal mischief.

5:45 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Joe's Texaco to investigate a complaint of unwanted individuals at the station. The subjects were gone when police arrived.

5:56 p.m. ---- Police met a citizen at the police department who came to get their dog.

6:20 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Second Street location for an undisclosed reason.

9:30 p.m. ---- Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for loud music.

9:34 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Carroll Street location to investigate a fireworks complaint.

9:53 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an Eastgate Trailer Park residence for an undisclosed reason.

10:15 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Carroll Street location to investigate a fireworks complaint. A warning was issued.

11 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to Bob's Market to investigate an intoxicated person complaint. The subject was transported to the county jail.

July 5

12:10 a.m. ---- Police were looking for a vehicle that was the subject of a "be on the lookout" (BOLO) broadcast.

12:40 a.m. ---- Police provided a foot patrol of the city park.

4:49 a.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail following a traffic stop.

5:10 a.m. ---- Police assisted county deputies with a traffic stop at Twin Bridges.

2:45 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Clell Street home to investigate a sewer problem complaint.

6:48 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Cherry Street home in response to an unwanted dog report. The dog was taken to the police department.

8:19 p.m. ---- Police went to a Locust Street home to provide civil standby.

10:10 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to an Arizona Court location to investigate a fireworks complaint. None were found.

July 6

11:56 p.m. ---- Police transported a subject to jail following a traffic stop.

July 7

1:47 a.m. ---- Police were dispatched to the intersection of Scott and Walnut street to investigate a report of a black vehicle, with a loud muffler and loud music. Police located the vehicle on Scott Street and reported that there was no music and the muffler was okay.

1:07 p.m. ---- Police were dispatched to a Broadway Street location for a medical emergency.

At an undisclosed time on July 3 ---- The GFFD responded to a medical emergency on Hwy. 62 East.

8:18 p.m., July 3 ---- The GFFD responded to a medical emergency on E. Main.

Oak Grove Fire Department

5:25 p.m., July 1 ---- The OGFD responded to a medical emergency on Hwy. 21 North. No transport was required.

3:20 p.m., July 2 ---- The OGFD responded to a medical emergency on Lakewood Drive. One person was transported to St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Fire Department

9:48 p.m., July 2 ---- The SCCFD responded to a four-vehicle traffic accident at the junction of Hwy. 412 and 103 south at Gobbler.

10:30 a.m., July 6 ---- The SCCFD responded to a medical emergency at Dry Fork.
