Mary Jo Miller
Mary Jo Miller, 69, of Harrison, died Friday, April 12, 2002, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
She was born Jan. 12, 1933, in Topeka, Kan., the daughter of Bill "Cookie" and Ethel Augustus (Fox) Smith.
Mrs. Miller was a retired florist, having worked for 24 years at the Daisy Flower Shop. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Her grandchildren were her dearest joy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Wagley; and by her parents.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Terri and David Elam of Rogers, and Mary Ellen and Jerry Anderson of Berryville; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Miranda Elam and William Brett Elam, both of Rogers.
Graveside services were set for 2 p.m. today at Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison, with the Rev. Carl McCormack officiating.
Pallbearers were Ed Thompson, Jerry Norvell, David Morton, Rob Morton, Monte Estes, and Eddie Young.
