James (Jim) Cline II of Berryville, Arkansas was born February 13, 1943 in Charlotte, North Carolina to John S. and Katherine A. Cline. Jim passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 in Harrison, Arkansas at the age of 77. Jim lived in Alaska for 24 years. He worked as a bush pilot flying all over the remote Alaskan wilderness. Conservation district offers bulk discount on hog traps

At this time the Natural Resources Conservation Service is not offering any programs to assist in Carroll County, but the Carroll County Conservation District has an opportunity to purchase hog traps in bulk that will allow for a discount to those who purchase.
