BETTY LOU PENNINGTON, of Berryville, Arkansas, was born March 9, 1935, in Berryville, Arkansas, daughter of Wilburn and Oma (Jennings) Snow. She departed this life May 27, 2019, in Mansfield, at the age of 84 years. Betty was an extraordinary woman who loved the Lord and loved people.
