Alpena Music Department to play spring concert Friday

Treats celebrate 65th wedding anniversary (Local News ~ 04/30/19)
Charles Claudene Treat and Willie Kathryn Hubbard Treat are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. They were married on April 18, 1954, in the First Baptist Church in Marshall by their pastor, Russell K. Hunt, on Easter Sunday. Charles was a route salesman in all of Northwest Arkansas, including Harrison, Green Forest, Berryville, Eureka Springs and Springdale and was later a Tyson Corporation security officer. Kathryn was a business instructor for 24 years. She taught in Berryville, Alpena and, for the last 18 years, at the Northwest Technical Institute (NTI) in Springdale. They have two children, Ronnie Treat and his wife Leslie and Kathy Treat Vanderlip and her husband Mike, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren with a fourth due in June. Their children gave them a surprise 65th wedding anniversary celebration on Sunday April 20, at Outback Steakhouse in Springdale. - Carroll County blood drives coming up in May (Local News ~ 04/30/19)

There’s something so cathartic about separating the edges from the inside pieces and slowly patching all of it together, usually over the period of a few days. The more pieces the better.
