I have always found it difficult to get into professional soccer. I feel like the main reason is because when I tune in, team A kicks it to team B. That is why I have been surprised at the amount of time I have spent watching the World Cup over the last two weeks. Rat Race 5K honors fallen SEAL in Green Forest (High School Sports ~ 06/29/18)
More than 100 runners showed up Saturday in Green Forest for the Rat Race in honor of Tommy Ratzlaff. Lexington Hilton won the 5K race, finishing in 18:00. Rose Dickinson was the first female finisher in 20:08. Dakota Fritts was the second-place male finisher in 19:19 and Jonathon Wood was the third-place male finisher in 21:22. ES council votes to keep Leatherwood tax revenue under parks commission

All revenue from the Lake Leatherwood City Park tax will be staying where it is. On Monday night, the Eureka Springs City Council voted to keep the revenue under the parks commission’s authority.
