Oma Brewer, 92 of Rogers, and formerly of Berryville, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Oma was born May 18, 1925 in Cabanal, Arkansas to the late George Washington Sisco and Mary Francis Wright Sisco. She was also preceded by 2 sisters, Ival Harveston and Opal Sweeten; 3 brothers, Carthy, AJ, and Dayton Sisco; 2 sons, Billy Guy Garris and Dewey Lee Garris and a grandchild, Jake Garris. ...
