Juvenile driver charged with multiple offenses after chase

The juvenile driver involved in a high-speed chase last weekend in Green Forest and Berryville has been charged with multiple offenses. A Green Forest woman was killed in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday morning on Arkansas Highway 103. According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, Mandi R.
