Attorney requests mental exam for alleged Eureka Springs bank robber

The attorney for a Berryville man who allegedly robbed a bank in Eureka Springs has filed a motion requesting a mental examination for his client. Hunter Cody Chafin, 19, was arrested Oct. 14 after allegedly robbing a First National Bank branch in Eureka Springs earlier that day. Chafin was charged with aggravated robbery and failure to pay.
